Waki (和木町; -cho) is a town in Kuga District, Yamaguchi, Japan. It is located at 34°11′38″N, 132°13′02″E.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 6,637 and a density of 628.50 persons per km². The total area is 10.56 km².
