Waitangi (Māori for weeping waters) is the name of various places, towns, and settlements in New Zealand. The two most notable of these are:

- The Treaty of Waitangi, one of New Zealand's founding documents, named for the settlement in Northland where it was signed.
- Waitangi Day, a public holiday in New Zealand on February 6th each year to commemorate signing the treaty.
