A non-profit, non-commerical corporation with studios and offices located along I-68 in Grantsville, MD. WAIJ was founded by Dewayne Johnson and came on the air in 1984. The "He's Alive Radio Network" has since grown to 6 stations throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. WAIJ covers an area from Friendsville to Frostburg in Maryland.
