[edit] Wahid Azal

There is no reason for the speedy deletion of this article just as there is no reason for the deletion of the articles for Marilyn Manson or any other celebrity. Wahid Azal is a public figure, a published author and a celebrity. I have attempted to be as balanced as possible by not praising him to the heavens or denigrating him. In fact I have gone as far as identifying him as an antagonist of the Bahais. I disagree with any attempts to delete this article. It meets Wiki standards. Attempts to delete it would only be those made by his Baha'i enemies. I am happy to insert references and links to his public antagonism. Also note that I am not an acquintance or personal friend to Wahid Azal. I have met him once at a speaking engagement regarding his book. I have however read his book. [edit] Maybe if we add some sources.

I figure if we cite some sources in the article it might get it de listed from the speedy deletion catagory. Might i also add that this article is totally undeserving of being marked for speedy deletion in the first place. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 58.107.19.28 (talk) 00:47, 21 March 2007 (UTC).

Hi, I just added another source, the link to his book and the review on amazon.com which covers/or touches some ground on the preceding. It looks like the article is delisted now.SecretChiefs3 06:37, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability issue expressed by editor(?) is a Red Herring

Obviously the Baha'i enemies of Wahid Azal are working hard to get this article deleted. You want notability. No problem. We'll provide the notability and reference it here. SecretChiefs3 22:42, 29 March 2007 (UTC)

Instead of gratuitously tagging the article why doesn't the "editor" simply come here and express their concerns in detail personally? This is after all the purpose of this section of an article, right? SecretChiefs3 04:52, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

as i said in the comment, it needs is independent sources as to his being notable (follow the links on the tag fr details), then the tag can go.  ⇒ bsnowball  09:37, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

No problem. We'll provide exactly what you want. Leave the article alone and we'll provide links to independent notability sources. Now was there anything else? And this is your first comment so far I have seen on this page SecretChiefs3 00:14, 2 April 2007 (UTC)
