Waffle is a fictional character on the Nickelodeon show Catscratch. He's extremely enthusiastic, goofy and giddy, but is also the least intelligent of the three cat brother.
Waffle is a free spirit who's overly optimistic and is somewhat os a pushover. He's often displayed a more childish persona then either Mr. Blik or Gordon, becoming overly excited about inconsequencial things, such as toys or video games. He's also diplayed that he is a terrible liar, coming up with bizarre excuses that tend to annoy his brothers.
Further examples of Waffle's childishness include his fasination with revolving doors, desire for roller coasters to become public transportation, believes that donuts are grown from donut trees and is convinced that floral printing have scent. Additionally, he is fascinated by Newts, and this is compounded by the fact that he has a pet newt named Gomez.
Waffle's optimistic nature, role as primary comic relief and low intellect makes him not unlike Goofy. He is considered to be the youngest of the three cat brothers, although this is unconfirmed. When excited he usually yells the name "Splee!", after hearing Gordon mention "Duke Eark Splee" in a fairy tale about a man, his prize-winning ribs, and a seal woman. Although it is hard to confirm, Waffle's stripes and white paws could mark him down as a Tortie, a Tortoiseshell/Tabby cross.
