Hi. It's nice to see someone editing the Scott Joplin page, but is there any reason you edited my sig on the take page to a different date? I'm sure it was just an accident, buy it seemed a bit odd. ♫ Melodia Chaconne ♫ 12:03, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Anthony Quinn

Hi, I moved your comment on Anthony Quinn to the discussion page (Talk:Anthony Quinn) since it obviously belongs better there. See [1]. Happy editing, Garion96 (talk) 22:01, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Talk:Morse code

I moved your reply down to the correct section to make it easier to understand. Cheers. CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 07:48, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

Sorry that should have been "...to what I thought was the correct section..." CambridgeBayWeather (Talk) 07:50, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] From LuckyLouie

Hi. FYI, this is your own Talk Page which you can use to discuss edits, and where others can leave messages for you.

You asked, please enlighten me about how and why someone would delete my entire post, based only upon his opinion as to its merit? I can assure you he didn't do it to be mean or because he has a huge ego. He did it because your entry did not fit the encyclopediac prose style (neutral, unemotional, simplified of jargon, etc) and he was too busy to fix it. Rather than take the time to rewrite it himself and put it in a more appropriate section, he can (according to Wiki rules) simply remove it. To be fair, he didn't actually "delete" it, he just moved it to the Talk page. That's how I found your text and so was able to rewrite it. Notice that he did not remove my version. Is it because I'm smarter, or he likes me better? No, it's because I am a little bit more familiar with Wikipedia rules and styles, and I know what will pass muster. Like I said, hang in there, it takes a LONG time. 73. --- LuckyLouie 18:31, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

PS, go here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:W8IMP&action=edit (your user page) and type something about yourself. After you do that, your user name will appear in BLUE rather than RED. --- LuckyLouie 20:47, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Intelligent design ref

Hi, can you let us know on the intelligent design talkpage where your reference applies to? (so a proper reference link can be added). thanks Tomandlu 21:40, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

If you can figure out where it belongs, please be my guest! I saw Edward Humes discussing "Monkey Girl" for over an hour on Book TV last weekend. Since it deals with the entire discussion of ID, most of which came out of the Dover decision, I thought it would only make sense to include it, at least, in the Bibliography. Since I saw only footnotes, I tried to include it there, but was unable to do so. Seems like every time I try to contribute, my ineptitude rears its ugly head.

I looked for a Monkey Girl page in Wiki, but found none. I tried to create one, importing the Book title, ISBN ect. from the [[Edward Humes]] page, but I could not do that either, so...? I find myself writing well enough to contribute to several discussions, but quite frustrated in learning the nuts and bolts of Wiki. I am thankful that when I wrote something worthy of inclusion, a fellow Wiki came along and fixed it up.--W8IMP 02:14, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

No worries - we've added a "further reading" section and put monkey girl in it. Tomandlu 09:43, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
