W3Schools is a web developers portal, with tutorials and references of many different web development subjects, including HTML and JavaScript to name a few. W3Schools is completely free to the user, and is funded through the advertising by its sponsors [1].
W3Schools is intended for use by beginning and expert web developers alike. It is created by Refsnes Data, a Norwegian software development company.
