W.J. Monilaw

William James Monilaw (July 22, 1874July 20, 1960) was a head football coach at Drake University, and at the University of Missouri.

He attended Cedar Rapids High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and later got accepted into Drake. From 1903 to 1904, he served as the Drake Bulldogs' head football coach, and led his teams to a 9-7 record. From 1906 to 1908, he coached at Missouri, where he compiled a 16-14-2 record. His overall coaching record stands at 24-20-5.
