W. Allen Wallis

Wilson Allen Wallis (born 1912 in Philadelphia, died October 12, 1998 in Rochester, New York) was an American economist and statistician. He served as the university president of the University of Rochester and as an economic advisor to U.S. presidents Dwight Eisenhower, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, and Ronald Reagan.
