the Image cannot be found there anymore as the site was completely redone and this Image was deleted.

While it does have the VAC markings as a self made photograph, I got Strict permission from the website's administrater, who created this image to use this image on wikipedia While this is fair use on Wikipedia since I have permission from it's creator to use it, any other use of this image off of Wikipedia is definitely copyright infringement
