Pennsylvania Channel 13 is a non-network affiliated television station serving the State College-Bellefonte, PA metropolitan area and is owned and operated by Pathway Community Radio Inc.

Technical Information: The station is licensed to Bellefonte and broadcasts on VHF channel 13 at .223 kilowatts ERP and holds a construction permit to broadcast digitally (DTV) on VHF channel 12, as authorized by the Federal Communications Commission. Its transmitter is located atop Pine Grove Mills Mountain, Southwest of State College.
History: W13BY-CA first began its broadcasting operations in 1990 -- originally owned by George W. Kimble. At the time, it broadcast music videos from the Video Jukebox Network. Later, it rebroadcast the signal of WJAC, Ch. 6 in Johnstown, PA. Then in 2005, Pathway Community Radio Inc. began airing the Cornerstone Television Network, rebroadcasting the signal of WKBS-TV Ch. 47, Altoona, PA.
Today, Pennsylvania Channel 13 is dedicated to fulfilling its commitment to serve the communities it broadcasts to.
