Prince Wladysław Dominik Zasławski-Ostrogski (c.1616-1656) was a Polish nobleman (szlachcic).

Zasławski was the mightiest magnate in Volhynia at that time. He was voivode of Sandomierz Voivodship from 1645 and voivode of Krakow Voivodship from 1649.

He was married first to Zofia Ligezanka, then in 1650 to Katarzyna Sobieska, the sister of King Jan III Sobieski.

He was a one of three commanders (regimentarz) of the pospolite ruszenie during the Battle of Pilawce in 1648. Because of his incompetence the battle were lost. In 1651 he participated in the Battle of Beresteczko. During the Swedish invasion ("The Deluge") he prepared the defence of Przemysl.
