[edit] Billary

Derogatory term for clinton. not encyclopedic. if important, should be mentioned in clinton article. no redirect. or do we want articles on smirking chimp, dumbya, gropenator, etc? i think not. Wolfman 03:23, 17 Oct 2004 (UTC)

  • And in a burst of Cartesian logic, he ceased to exist. Delete. --jpgordon {gab} 03:47, 17 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. "billary clinton" does get about 2,000 Google hits, but I doubt this is sufficiently pop-cultural-phenomenal enough to merit mention in an article on Hillary Clinton, let alone one of its own. In another twenty years, will anybody care? By comparison, the endearing "Steverino Allen" gets 500 hits. --NathanHawking 07:10, 2004 Oct 17 (UTC)

  • Delete. Does deserve mention in one of the Clinton articles. As well-known as "Dubya" or "Bubba." Just not worthy of an article of its own. [[User:Dpbsmith|Dpbsmith (talk)]] 18:38, 17 Oct 2004 (UTC)
    • actually, no. i've never heard of it before. plus google begs to differ: google 'bubba clinton' 66,000 hits; google 'billary clinton' 2,000 hits; google 'dubya bush' 221,000 hits.
    • I take no stance on whether or not it needs preserving, but one would just search "Billary," since the term is used for both of them (i.e. cut the "Clinton"). It has been used quite a bit, but pretty much always by hate speakers. ("She runs the office! It's her!") Geogre 13:24, 18 Oct 2004 (UTC)
      • i think you're confused by the single 'quotes' above, the actual searches aren't in "quotes" (and her name is clinton too). but ok, 4500 hits on google 'billary'. still not anywhere as well-known as the others.
  • Delete. Mildly amusing, politically motivated neologism. Andrewa 20:55, 17 Oct 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete, but is notable enough of a phrase to merit a mention in some Clinton article or other. -Sean Curtin 03:54, Oct 18, 2004 (UTC)
  • Delete. Non-notable term. --*drew 13:28, 18 Oct 2004 (UTC)
  • Merge... the sexist right-wing term with Bill Clinton's article. I would imagine it's notable enough, (as an example of how stupid people are). func(talk) 02:08, 22 Oct 2004 (UTC)
