While it was indeed largely Soviet controlled, it is never considered a Soviet partisan unit. Similarly, the entire post-war Polish gov was largely Soviet controlled. Still, no one calls the communist governemnt of the Polish People's Republic as "Soviet government", while it is correct to call Ukrainian and Belarusian governments as "Soviet". That's while I reverted your edit. I also expanded the info on UPA a little if you think it belongs to the article. regards, --Irpen 22:51, 12 April 2006 (UTC)
