[edit] Spamming of 2013volos.gr ???

I recently added a link for the candidacy bid of the cities Volos and Larisa for the Mediterranean Games of 2013 under the main article for "Volos" in wikipedia. However, it was removed as spam, even though I added it using all norms. Why was that? I had no intention of spamming, but to inform that the new official website of the candidacy bid is www.2013volos.gr ...
