Voca, formerly BACS Limited, is a provider of payments services to banks and corporations in the United Kingdom. Voca's technology and services form part of the core infrastructure of the UK automated payments industry, and the company claims to handle more than 90% of UK salary transactions, 70% of household bills and the majority of state benefits and pension payments. Voca has processed over 55 billion transactions in the last 40 years. Voca is expanding its business into continental Europe supporting the Single European Payments Area, as well as the UK Faster Payments Service initiative.
