Vladimir Morkovin

Vladimir Borisovich Morkovin was an aeronautical engineer who worked at the Bell Aircraft plant at Niagara Falls during World War II. He allegedly provided technical information to Andriy Shevchenko, a KGB officer working as an inspector at Bell.
Morkovin's cover name as identified in the Venona project is "Author".
