Vladimir Kulakov

Vladimir Grigoryevich Kulakov (Russian: Влади́мир Григо́рьевич Кулако́в, b. 1944) is the Governor of Voronezh Oblast in Russia. He sees himself in favour of strengthening of intelligence agencies. He became governor in 2001 and was re-elected on March 14, 2004.
