Vladimir Viktorovich Kiselyov (Russian: Владимир Викторович Киселев) (born 1 January 1957 in Myski, Kemerovo Oblast) was a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the Shot Put.
He competed for the USSR in the 1980 Summer Olympics held in Moscow, Soviet Union in the Shot Put where he won the gold medal.
