Born in Novi Beograd, he began his career in the local FK Bežanija.On twenty years old Dzhilas going in macedonian club FK Bregalnica Kraun.From july 2006 he play in PFC Marek from city Dupnitsa.With PFC Marek Vladimir has played 14 games and scored 7 goals in bulgarian first division TBI A Football Group.
