Vladimir Bogomolov

Vladimir Bogomolov (Russian: Владимир Осипович Богомолов; 3 July 1926 in Kirillovka village, Moscow oblast30 December 2003 in Moscow) was a Soviet Russian writer.

His most famous works reflect his experience was a participant of the Great Patriotic War. His short story Ivan (Иван, 1957) was made by Andrei Tarkovsky into a film, (Ivan's Childhood, 1962)
