Vladimir Alexandrov
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Vladimir Alexandrov was a Russian physicist who created the mathematical model for the Nuclear Winter theory. He disappeared in 1985 while at a Nuclear Winter conference in Madrid and his ultimate fate remains unknown. But there are many theories upon his disappearance. It is said that the CIA kidnapped him because they wanted to prove his theories about the consequences of a Nuclear War was wrong. Maybe MI5 kidnapped him for the same reasons. Or it is possible his own government kidnapped him because they were afraid he would defect to America. All governments denied this so no further evidence could be dug up.[citation needed]
The most possible and plausible answer is that he escaped with false identity papers and a forged passport and he left the country. He could have gone to England or America to work as a scientist there. He still hasn't been found and this was one of the biggest cover-ups in the 80's.[citation needed]
