Vladimir Ajdačić

Dr. Vladimir Ajdačić (born 1933 in Belgrade, Serbia) is a famous nuclear physicist. He received his Ph.D degree in physical chemistry from the University of Belgrade and worked for the Nuclear Science Institute Vinča for nearly 40 years. He was a visiting professor at the University of Toronto and at the McMaster University in Hamilton. He published many articles in international journals, mainly in the field of atomic radiation detection.
Dr. Ajdačić also published many popular science articles and authored a book "Nauka kao bajka" (Serbian title).
