Is it Derzhavin? According to http://www.sgu.ru/rus_hist/?wid=1951, and http://www.art100.ru/nearyou/art/borovik/derzgavin-bor.jpg and http://nearyou.narod.ru/art/borovik/0borovik.html it is him, but it looks completly different from 
.
How come? The portrait is suppose to be in Tretyakov Gallery, maybe somebody from Moscow can check, it is kind of difficult to do from Australia.
