Vitaly Vasilyevich Fyodorchuk

Vitaly Vasilyevich Fyodorchuk (Vitaly Fedorchuk) (born 1918) was a Ukrainian Soviet administrator. He was chairman of the KGB in 1982. He then became the Soviet interior minister from 1982 until 1986.
