Visual Assist

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Visual Assist is an add-in developed by Whole Tomato, for Microsoft Visual Studio and all languages it supports, that primarily enhances the Intellisense feature of the IDE. It also the syntax highlighting feature and provides generally more accurate and complete code suggestions. Additionally, it provides spell checking support for comments and catches basic syntax mistakes, such as use of undeclared variables.

In November 2005, Visual Assist supported all current editions of Visual Studio .NET, up to Visual Studio 2005, besides the "Express" editions that have inadequate support for add-ins.
