Viscountess Bayning, of Foxley, was a title in the Peerage of England. It was created for life in 1674 for Anne Murray. She was the daughter of Paul Bayning, 1st Viscount Bayning and sister of Paul Bayning, 2nd Viscount Bayning (on whose death in 1638 the Viscountcy became extinct). In 1797 Lady Bayning's great-great-grandson Charles Townshend was created Baron Bayning, of Foxley, a title which became extinct in 1866.
