Viscount Brookeborough, of Colebrooke in the County of Fermanagh, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1952 for the Ulster Unionist politician and Prime Minister of Northern Ireland Sir Basil Brooke, 5th Baronet, of Colebrooke. As of 2006 the titles are held by his grandson, the third Viscount, who succeeded his father in 1987. He is one of the ninety elected hereditary peers that remain in the House of Lords after the passing of the House of Lords Act 1999, and sits as a cross-bencher.

The Brooke Baronetcy, of Colebrooke in the County of Fermanagh, was created on 7 January 1822 in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom for the first Viscount's great-great-grandfather Henry Brooke. His son, the second Baronet, represented Fermanagh in Parliament as a Conservative.

Field Marshal Alan Brooke, 1st Viscount Alanbrooke was the sixth son of the third Baronet and the uncle of the first Viscount.

The family seat is Colebrooke Park, near Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.
