Viscount Bateman

Viscount Bateman was a peerage titled created on 12 July 1725 in the Peerage of Ireland. It was created for the MP for Leominster, William Bateman. On the same day he was created Baron Culmore. Both titles became extinct in 1802 upon the death of the 2nd Viscount. As it was an Irish peerage, both holders sat in the House of Commons while holding the title.
