Viru Keemia Grupp

Viru Keemia Grupp (VKG) is an Estonian holding group of chemical, energy and public utility companies. Main subsidiaries of Viru Keemia Grupp are:

  • VKG Oil - oil shale chemical industry, shale oil producer
  • VKG Resins - producer of urea formaldehyde and liquid phenol formaldehyde resins
  • Viru RMT – metal company producing, assemblying and repairing of metal structures, pipelines and pressure equipment
  • VKG Transport – transportation company
  • Viru Vesi – public utility company (water supply)
  • VKG Energia - power company
