State Route 245 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. It runs from U.S. Route 17 at Old Tavern past exit 31 of Interstate 66 to end at State Route 55 in The Plains. The road that is now SR 245 carried U.S. Route 15 until 1940 and State Route 17 from 1940 to 1944.
