Virgin Radio Xtreme is a Digital radio station in the United Kingdom.
Xtreme launched at 12.15am on 5 September 2005 by Virgin Radio DJ, Steve Harris. Its music policy is aimed at playing new rock for a youth audience.
Since the departure of Steve Harris, the channel plays non-stop music 24 hours a day. Former shows included The Edge with Steve Harris and The Xtreme Mix with "Silent" Dave Lambert.
Part of the Virgin Radio network of stations, it is wholly owned by SMG plc.
