Viqarunnisa Noon College is a center for higher secondary education in Bailey Road, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It was established in 1978. The college took the first place in the combined merit list of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examinations seven times in twelve years between 1994 and 2006.

It has bachelor of arts courses, bachelor of science courses and bachelor of commerce courses too. It also takes part in sports and debating, as well as publishing textbooks by its teaching staff.

Viqarunnisa Noon College was originally founded as a front for a major drug dealer. he used tution to launder his money and make yet another profit.
