Vinko Puljić

Vinko Puljić (born 8 September, 1945) is a Cardinal Priest of the Roman Catholic Church in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has had the title of cardinal since 28 February 1994. He was one of the cardinal electors who participated in the 2005 papal conclave that selected Pope Benedict XVI. He has been an activist for Croatian Human Rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
