Vindaloo (Venkat Katregadda) is a comic book character, one of the newer members of the mutant villains known as the Acolytes, and was first seen in X-Men v2 #86. He was loyal to the group until his possible death on Genosha, which was destroyed by robots called the Sentinels. He was able to secrete chemicals which ignited on contact with air. Nothing of his past prior joining the Acolytes has ever been revealed.
