Vincent Martella

Vincent Michael Martella (born October 15, 1992 in Rochester, New York) is an American actor.

Martella stars in the new CW show, Everybody Hates Chris. The series is humorously based on the childhood of comedian, Chris Rock. Rock narrates the show.

Martella is an Italian American.[1] He began dancing at the age of three, and delivered his first live performance in The Nutcracker. He began playing the piano at 5. Not long after,he was performing in school plays and being seen in local commercial spots. At 6 he began acting and vocal training, and by 7 he was working both print and national commercials. By age 10, Martella was ready for Los Angeles. During his first trip to LA he landed a guest spot on Fox’s Cracking Up and a recurring role on Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, where he developed his own character for the role of Scoop. The following summer, Vincent received his first film role working opposite Rob Schneider in Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. Most recently Martella has guest starred on Fox’s new comedy, Stacked, starring Pamela Anderson, and has lent his voice to the feature film Bad News Bears. Martella's voice will also be heard in the new Disney pilot, Can You Dig It.

Martella is a main cast member on Everybody Hates Chris, playing young Chris' best friend Greg.

Martella is very passionate about performing whether it be singing, dancing or acting. He recently recorded his first demo playing the piano and singing some of his favorite rock classics. He lives in Florida with his mother, father and three siblings, Genna, Michael and Alexander.
