Vincent Johnson (b. January 6, 1969), is an American serial killer popularly known as the Brooklyn Strangler.

He was a homeless crack addict who confessed to the murders of five women in Brooklyn in 1999 and 2000, and who is a suspect in the murder of at least one more. Each of the victims was strangled, two with their own shoelaces.

Johnson admitted to the murders of Patricia Sullivan, Rhonda Tucker, Joanne Feliciano, Vivian Caraballo and Laura Nusser. Laura Nusser was a loving mother of two and a talented photographer. Born and Raised in New York city, Laura Nusser embodied the true New Yorker, characterized by both success and struggle. Her children, Luke and Alexandra, carry on her legacy of intelligent creativity in New York City. The "Brooklyn Strangler" truly robbed the city of one of its most unique and loyal residents. As of 2006, Johnson still denies involvement in the killing of Katrina Niles.

Johnson is currently serving a life sentence in Clinton Correctional Facility, in Dannemora, New York.
