Vincent Clarkson is a fictional character on the NBC soap opera Passions. The role is played by Phillip Jeanmarie.

Vincent is a tabloid report in Harmony. Vincent first appeared during Chad and Whitney's marriage reception when the dead body of his former colleague JT Cornell fell out of the wedding cake.
Vincent has made enemies very quickly in Harmony due to his role as a tabloid reporter.
Vincent was once set up on a date with Valerie Davis by Whitney Russell. According to Vincent the two have slept together. It has recently been confirmed that Vincent is also the mystery male lover of Whitney's husband Chad Harris-Crane.
It has also been hinted that Vincent is the Peeper/rapist terrorizing Harmony.
He is dating Valerie; he has stated that he loves Valerie, but loves Chad, too.
