Vin Moosk is a fictional character in Codename: Kids Next Door.
Vin Moosk appears in Operation: K.N.O.T., where he is a famous tie-hunter that helps Numbuh 1 fight off school ties, alongside his two comrades, Windsor (voiced by Jason Marsden) and Froggy MacDougal (voiced by Dave Wittenberg). He was once a sad, obedient accountant that worked at a company called Accounting and Son. He discovered that accounting was boring and that he hated wearing ties, quitting on the spot. He and Numbuh 1 planned to attack the Tieland Commons Shopping Mall by destroying the school ties. Before they could complete that task, Windsor revealed to Moosk and Numbuh 1 that Windsor was the "Son" in "Accounting and Son," who wanted Moosk to go back to his old job by bringing Moosk to the Queen Tie. In the end, Moosk sacrifices himself for the KND, destroying the Queen Tie but being forced to be an accountant once again in the process under the control of the ties. Shortly after this, Numbuh 1 reminded him of who he was by delivering Spray Starch, disguised as a Delivery Boy. Moosk promply resumed his fight agains ties.
He is voiced by Jim Cummings, who also provided the voice of Minsc (who Moosk could possibly be a homage to). The homage to Minsc can be seen in the characters having the same voice, thick accent, same laughter, same kind of humour and battle cries ("Where Minsc goes, evil stands aside!" "Where Moosc goes, ties get the butt kick-ed!"). He even has familiar looks to Minsc as well: A bald held, earing, big tough physic body. He also even says his name instead of "me, I'm etc, in a third person perspective. He also says comrade alot, just like Minsc. He is considered a very popular character of the KND, with him being liked by the fact he is funny and that fans of the Baldur's Gate Series liked him for the really close homage of the popular character Minsc.
