In the manga Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Bo-bobo's battles with the Hair Hunters leads to encounters with rivals and villains of all sorts. This section outlines many of the villains based on each of the arcs of the series. Most of them work for the "Chrome Dome Empire." After a villain's description a list of episodes and manga chapters they appeared in will be displayed. (Note: Only manga chapters the character appeared in after chapter 178 will be given. This is due to the fact that the anime was cancelled when it finished what was chapter 178 in the manga) as well as their voice actors. Dub terms will be used, followed by the original Japanese name in the case of many terms.

  • Tsuru Tsurulina the IV / Czar Baldy Bald (ツル・ツルリーナ4世) - The leader of the "Chrome Dome Empire" (マルハゲ帝国 "Maruhage Empire", lit. baldshaven empire, though the anime changes this from the "Margarita Empire" similar to the drink Margarita). His Japanese name is a Japanese onomatopoeia for something slippery. The Fourth seems easily in control of his empire at the start of the series, but he slowly loses his authority as Bo-bobo and his allies take out his forces, from the Hair Hunters to his "Four Heavenly Kings" to even his prison island of Cyber City. Eventually, he further lost his grip as he was forced by Hair Hunters cryogenically frozen one-hundred years ago to release their leaders to take over this new era. As much as he hated doing this, the Fourth eventually decided this as the only way to keep his hold on power and defeat Bo-bobo. But when even this fell, the Fourth decided to enact his greatest plan: the "New Emperor Playoff", where all of the most powerful warriors of the empire were gathered together in a battle to determine the next emperor. His plan: let all of his enemies take each other out, allowing for him to regain his grip on power. But what he doesn't expect is Hydrate of the Reverse Maruhage Empire taking over his tourney, using it to become emperor himself! The scared emperor bolts away knowing this, basically abdicating the throne and entering an early retirement alongside Mako-chan and Octopus Carl. Czar Baldy Bald also appears on the dollar bills of Halekulani.

  • Hagen (ハーゲン): Leader of the G-Block of Hair Hunters and the main villain of the first Bo-bobo episode/chapter. Because of his effeminate nature, he is seen wearing makeup.

  • Pikari (ピカリ): Vice-leader of G-block, first on-screen opponent defeated by Bo-bobo.

  • Telu (テル): Highest commander of the Hair Hunters, he holds a conference with the other higher Hair Hunt blocks...while being yelled at by his mother.

  • Tsulun (ツルン): Leader of B-Block, he and his entire force are later defeated offscreen by Gunkan's assistant, Suzu.
  • Kitemasu (キテマス): Leader of D-Block, wears a bunny suit(his pajamas) on the job.

  • E and F Block Leaders: Also seen at the Hair Hunter leader meeting, they merely are seen as silent cloaked members wearing headdresses like those of the Ku Klux Klan.

  • Tarashi (タラシ): Vice-leader of H-block, abducts Beauty while Bo-bobo and Don Patch first fight each other, only to be stopped by Gasser. He usually likes to kidnap girls and sell them to wig makers at black markets.

  • Maitel (マイテル): Leader of H-block, says he's Medusa's 3rd cousin, and has an ability to turn people to stone like Medusa (though it turns Bo-bobo into vegetables); ends up taking Bo-bobo and Don Patch with him to his date with his girlfriend, Cathy. But after Bobobo, Don Patch, and Piggie ruin his date, she and her friends storm out reject him.

  • Killalino (キラリーノ): Hair Hunt assassin, best known for wearing "duck underwear" (in the manga, he actually wears the underwear as shorts, but in the anime, the underwear is placed on his head). Later, he becomes the greeter at Evil Blood Mansion...but he's still not that good of a Hair Hunter by then.

  • Takashi (タカシ) / Lucky: The "duck underwear" Killalino owns. He is 26 yrs. old and is a mix between a duck and underwear, a "dundie". He always had dreams of being a swan.

  • Kodebun (コデブン): Leader of the Hair Hunt River Block (Fish Expert), ends up facing the revival of King Nosehair. He is able to read minds.

  • Ochazuke Alien (お茶づけ星人 Ochazuke Seijin) / Mean Green Soup Alien: A green tentacled alien that can fire weird beams that makes anyone that gets hit by it crave "ochazuke", which is a soup of rice and tea. Is also the first assassin sent by Captain Battleship searching for Gasser. Don Patch got affected by the beam.

  • Gechappi (ゲチャッピ): A demonic-looking member of C-block who controls the "Hairloss Beam", who makes anyone hit by it have all their hair fall out within 10 hours, attempting it on Bo-bobo, but ends up both on Beauty and Don Patch. Is defeated by the "Don Patch Hammer" (a green onion).
  • Tesuikatsu (テスイカツ): Guardian of the "Red Hot Room", the first floor of C-Block's "Aitsuhage Tower". Has tattoos on his face and captures Don Patch in a dryer.
  • Shop Manager (店長 Tenchou): Guardian of the "Thunder Room", the second floor of "Aitsuhage Tower" (which is a video store he owns). He faces Bo-bobo's wrath when he tries to fire one of his employees, a paramecia named "Mr. Cyclops Featherbrain Protozoa."

  • Usa-chan the Rabbit (ウサギのウサちゃん Usagi no Usa-chan): A stuffed rabbit who stands outside the "Rapids Room" as 3rd floor guardian of "Aitsuhage Tower" (another video store). Everyone but Beauty ignores him. He later appears during Land Mine Dandys bogus recap.
  • Geha the Gale (疾風のゲハ Shippu no Geha): Guardian of the fifth floor of "Aitsuhage Tower" (Gale Room) and leader of C-block of the Hair Hunters. Can manipulate wind scythes like a Kamaitachi (a wind weasel). Gets defeated by Gasser, then dies by being consumed by Wall Man.

  • Kabeo (壁男 Kabeo) / Insurmountable Wall Man: The second monsterous assassin of Gunkan, he absorbs opponents within his wall-like body and then steals their skills. He goes after Heppokomaru for his "Fist of the Back Wind" power. He is knocked out when "Aitsuhage Tower" flies off and crashes elsewhere...while driving in circles with taxi driver Don Patch inside the tower!
  • Puppetman (パピットマン Papittoman) / Puppet Lad: A member of L-Block, looks like a Lego person. Bo-bobo forces Gasser to fight him...without using "Fist of the Backwind", but Bo-bobo himself ends up defeating him instead...with tissues. That Bobobo calls Fist of the Tissue Box Shoes."

  • Ferris Wheel (完ʷ乱射 Kanransha) / Mary-Go Round: Guardian of the ferris wheel at A-Block's Amusement Park base. Bo-bobo gets into nice conversation with him...while fighting him! He is irrirated with the fact that his name is Mary (Ayumi-chan in the original) and able to turn his ferris wheel into huge balls of electricity. Bobobo and Don Patch defeat him with...a prank call!

  • Ukikki (ウキッキ) / Wonk: Guardian of A-Block's monkey train. Name is based on the sound monkeys make in Japanese.
  • 6 (ロク Roku) / U-ie (Ｕくん U-kun): Guardian of A-Block's coffee cup ride, he was formerly a "U" that was in love with Don Patch. He has a brain-washing ability to make his former "girl-friend" his again using hand signs of consequtive numbers, yet all it does is turn him into a goat. Ends up being defeated when Bo-bobo proves that "3+3=8", not 6 (this was through sped-up advanced math)! He later briefly appears as a participant in the new emperor playoffs.
  • Hakechatsu Teruno (ハゲチャツ　テルノ): Defeated leader (by the time we see him) of A-Block's jet coaster.

  • Katsu (カツ): Vice-leader of A-Block and guardian of the haunted house of the amusement park. Can create smiley faces on his body that absorbs other "Fist" abilities, then releases them against his opponents in a technique called "Playback-Back". Has a thing for accessories such as Gasser's neck belt, Beauty's earrings, and Bo-bobo's shades. This obssesion ultimately leads to his defeat when he takes off Gasser's collar and, for the first time on the show, reverts him back to the mind of a baby. His smile mouth defense gets overloaded by Gasser's (now in baby mode) "Fist of the BackWind" and he is defeated. He later sides with Dark Yasha in the "New Emperor Playoff", but his former boss Jelly Jiggler handles him easily.
  • Tomohiro (トモヒロ) / Spikey: A hostage taken by General Jelly Jigler that is meant to draw Bobobo out. As punishment for probably betraying the general, Spikey is threatened to eat spaghetti & meatballs, but Bobobo tries to make him choose rice and curry. It is assumed that Spikey is well known by Bobobo and he used to be a hair hunter.

[edit] Poo Poo City & Pomade Ring

  • Gunkan (軍艦 Gunkan) / Captain Battleship: The first of the "Four Heavenly Kings"/ Chrome Dome Empire Big 4 of Tsuru Tsurulina IV/Czar Baldy-Bald, he is also Bo-bobo's former friend and sworn rival. This regent-haired, white bearded fighter had also been trained in "Hanage Shinken" alongside Bo-bobo in the Kingdom of Hair, but turned against his afro-haired friend when he was chosen as the 7th Master of "Fist of the Nosehair" by their teacher (a juice can), mostly because Captain Battleship was not a citizen of the Hair Kingdom. (yet Bo-bobo ends up emptying their master and kicking him away) He controls his vast military forces from the "Pomade Ring", a sky fortress flying right over the remains of Gasser's hometown of Puppu City. He uses his own style of "Fist of the Nosehair" as well as fights with weird antics similar to Bo-bobo! While most of the attacks are his own, his ultimate attack, "Armaggedon", has him calling up the Earth Defense Forces to attack for him. He finally falls after trying to apologize to Bo-bobo for abandoning his friend for his own personal gains...only to face Bo-bobo's anger for acting like a baby! (Due to the fact that they couldn't act like babies anymore, being grown men). The next time Bobobo and company saw him, he was being punished for his failure by Over. He was the first one to discover Beauty and Gasser's feelings for each other and taunts and exploits Gasser due to it. He participated in the new emperor playoffs but lost and (thanks to Bobobo) barely escaped death.

      • Rooty-Tooty Snot-Fo-Yu: Welcome to Bony Island - Battleship's nosehair suck the energy of whatever their attached to until there is nothing left, but the bones. Used against Bobobo.

  • Suzu (スズ): Second-in-command to Gunkan, this teen girl possesses psychic abilities and the useful ability to teleport off and on the scene when needed. But when Bo-bobo fights her, he finds out she's actually a nice girl that isn't as evil as who she works for. Later, she becomes an ally of Bo-bobo, assisting him in the battle against Halekulani. She participated in the new emperor playoffs, but was killed as a sacrifice needed to revive "Yamiking" the reverse maruhages floating castle, but is revived after Hydrates defeat. She teleports Bobobo's group to safety when "Yamiking" falls out of the sky.

  • Doll Man: A bean bag doll who can turn anyone into a doll.

Attacks:

  • Hello Dolly - Fires a blast that turns anyone who is hit by it into a doll. Used against Beauty.
  • Captain Battleship's Special Forces (軍艦特殊部隊 Gunkan Tokushu Butai): Grunt soldiers for Gunkan, fighting in masses against opponents and controlling the "Pomade Ring" headquarters for him as well.
  • Gunkan's Five Great Warriors (軍艦5人衆 Gunkan Go-Ninshū) / Battleship Five Quartet: The five (er, or was it six) elite warriors of Gunkan's forces, all of them remain hidden under cloaks and masks until the moment each one goes into battle. When Bo-bobo's team infiltrate the Pomade Ring, they must fight each one one-on-one based on the warp panel chosen (though Gasser almost fights all five...er, six at once at one point). Among the members are:
    • Fundoshitarou (ふんどし太郎 Fundoshitarō) / Loincloth Lloyd: The first of the B5Q, this boy of sumo-appearance was actually once Gasser's sempai who fights with his "fundoshi" (the loincloth that sumo wrestlers wear). The abilities of the "fundoshi" consequently negate any usage of Gasser's own "Fist of the Back Wind"! It's unknown why Loincloth Lloyd joined with Commander Battleship and we never see him again through out the series.

Attacks:

  • Loincloth Helicopter: Lloyd's loincloth spins like a helicopter. Used against Captain Battleship's soldiers.
    • Calendar (カレンダー): Appearing to be the second of the B5Q, Bo-bobo easily takes it apart by ripping off its pages sequentially.
      • Episode appearances: 19
    • June 7th (6月7日 Rokugatsu Nanoka): The son of Calendar and the real second B5Q (though he could be the third), this calendar page is forced to take a trip into Bo-bobo World where it goes insane due to the crazy antics of this world.
    • Tough-Looking Guy (強そうな人 Tsuyosou Na Hito): The third (or fourth) B5Q, a really muscular appearing guy who beats up Don Patch in 4.5 seconds.
      • Episode appearances: 20
    • (Yogurt-Flavored) Gum (ガム): The fourth (or fifth) B5Q and Jelly Jiggler's opponent, it is what it is: a stick of yogurt gum laying on the ground. The thing was what would the dog eat? Jelly Jiggler or yogurt gum. The dog eats it, not only is it gone forever, but it takes the victory in the battle! Some even wonder how a stick of gum can become a member of the Battleship Five Quartet.

    • Death Mask (デスマスク Desumasuku): The final of Gunkan's B5Q, he ends up following Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Beauty into the enigmatic "Blabs-A-Lot World" when he thinks it's a bathroom. He is revealed to be a well-muscled warrrior...with the head of a kitten who knows Bobobo's technique. But when he finally faces Bo-bobo, he ends up falling to an armpit chop, which appears weak but is a very powerful technique in "Fist of Nosehair".

  • Hisashi-kun (ひさし君 Hisashi-kun) / Boss Bob: The long-faced leader of M-Block, he rides around in a bobsled pushed by another Hair Hunter. He is easily defeated by Hatenkou and his "Kagi Shinken" abilities.

  • Purupū (プルプー) / Kitty-Poo: A horned cat-faced creature who is also the second of the "Four Heavenly Kings"/Chrome Dome Empire Big 4, he likes to manner his actions and fights like the Dragon Ball Z villain Freeza, to the point of flying around in a craft and mercilessly eliminating his enemies just like the famed manga tyrant! However, he is easily defeated by Don Patch the chapter after he's introduced! In the anime, he is defeated by Don Patch in the same episode he is introduced in before he launches a single attack! He is a participant in the new emperor playoffs, and is used as a sacrifice by the reverse maruhage.

  • Lamune (ラムネ Ramune) / Lemon Fizz: A beautiful green haired girl (although some renditions make her blue haired), she is one of Purupuu's two assistants. She is claimed to be stronger than Captain Battleship...yet loses easily to Don Patch! She may have a secret crush on Hatenkou. Her name is the same as a Japanese lemon soda.

    • Manga appearances: 196-196.5
  • Kinen (禁煙 Kinen) / Chocochocotto (チョコチョコット Chokochokotto) / Chocolate Munchie: The other of the assistants of Puruppu, he is another character like Killalino whose design and even name had to be changed between the manga and the anime. (in the manga, he was a walking box of cigarettes who's name was "No Smoking" in Japanese, while the anime had to make him into a tamer box of chocolates). But like the rest of his group, he too was easily defeated by Don Patch (who at one time snitched him out at school from doing bad things). He is used as a sacrifice by the reverse maruhage after losing in the new emperor playoffs.

  • Mako-chan (マコちゃん): An alien that gets married to Tsuru Tsurulina, yet is merely seen most of the time off-camera as its tail sucks out the brain of the leader of the "Bald Empire".

  • Guri (グリ) & Gura (グラ) / Grin & Bareit: Two giant cell phones who are Tsulu Tsululina IV's strongest assassins and who pursue Bo-bobo to "Evil Blood Mansion"...but both aren't as strong as they look: Gura gets broken at arrival and Guri explodes trying to save him!

  • Wiggler Umbrellas: Four umbrellas are floating and wiggling there caught Don Patch in Evil Blood Mansion.

  • Kappa (河童 Kappa): While not a villain, this creature is another residence of Evil Blood Mansion who knows the benefits of wearing a stylish raincoat (a pun, since the word kappa in Japanese could either be the mythological water creature or "a raincoat" dependent on the context). He befriends Don Patch, but Bo-bobo pretty much kicks him off the team by the time they reach Z-Block Base. According to Yoshio Sawai, he was one character that was considered joining Bo-bobo's team, but never does.

  • MAX Kyokawa (MAX 清川 MAX Kyokawa): The "evil doctor" of the Hair Hunters, this giant lizard man captures Bo-bobo within a strange bio-liquid (Don Patch and Kappa make the bio-liquid into soup!) and makes him fight against his friends.

  • Robo Team (ロボチーム) : Four separate robots who, together, make up the leadership of the Robo Block of the Hair Hunters. (while Robo Block is a separate Hair Hunt block in the manga, the anime makes them a "first line of defense" for Z-Block) When an encounter between one of them and Don Patch is noticed by Hatenkou, Bo-bobo and the others are forced to fight all of them together in various team activities. However, it turns out that Robo #1 is also known as Roscal (ロスカル) and was once a small robot befriended by Don Patch!
    • Forgiveness Mask (許して仮面 Yurushite Kamen) / I'm Sorry Masked Man: The form the four robots of Robo Team become when they all fuse together (consequently, Bo-bobo and Don Patch can do the same).

  • Cerberus (ケルベロス Keruberosu): A small chihuahua who is also the official guard-dog of Z-block Base.

  • Pontarou (ぽん太郎 Pontarō) / Pon Taro: The very first fighter faced in Z-Block is actually the host of the game show "Quiz Kegari De Pon"! (クイズ毛狩りでポン, which roughly translates to Ringing Hair Hunt Quiz, with the "pon" both in the title and his name referring to the sound a buzzer makes on a game show) Bo-bobo and Don Patch both enter the show and get most of the questions wrong, but his true intentions are to get rid of Bo-bobo so he won't have to face him. Pontarou is defeated when Bo-bobo, transformed into a train by his final question, runs him over. (However, a variation of this show, complete with Pontarou as host, is found as a mini-game on the GBA Bo-bobo video game "Bakutou Hajike Taisen", where the questions are all Bo-bobo trivia)!

  • Radioman (ラジオマン): Unlike what his name suggests, this Z-Block being is a giant television who can perminantly trap anyone that gets inside of him or the programming he shows.
  • Shou Mei (ショウ・メイ Shō Mei) / Show Mei: His name is the Japanese word for "illumination". The mastermind who controls Radioman, he attacks with several powerful lamps that are hanging all over his body. While his attacks seem to easily defeat Bo-bobo, it also unleashes another form of the afro warrior that puts a stop to him!

      • The Flash of Truth: Whatever Show Mei shines his light on has to tell the truth. Used against Bobobo and Don Patch.

  • 1st Class Chefs (一流シェフ Ichiryū Shefu) / Elite Chef Units: Unlike the Hair Hunting forces of the other blocks, all of the Z-Block hunters are in actuality a corp of identical-looking 1st Class Chefs (and one 2nd Class one) who end up nearly suffocating both Beauty and Heppokomaru for lack of space.

  • Kibahage (キバハゲ) / Zeb Ziegler: The vice-leader of Z-Block with pig tails, he actually first appears hatching from an egg laid by Bo-bobo...after he had transformed into a dragon! Claiming he had waited five years to take on Bo-bobo, the two end up playing a strange game against each other.
  • Dengakuman's "Friends": Two people that are always hanging out with Dengakuman and watching all of Bo-bobo's moves..while proclaiming how cute their leader is. The male, who has no name outside Z-Block Citizen, is completely in black and ends up driving around Dengakuman's tank. The female, Hibi (ヒビ), ends up defeated through a bathroom encounter with Softon and Serviceman. As easily as the two of them are Dengaku Man's friends, they easily turn on him while he's facing Bo-bobo.

  • Hiroshi (広 Hiroshi) / Harry Hatenko: A weird man in huge sunglasses and "horn hair", he first appears amidst a flock of Hatenkou as he is leaving Bo-bobo's group. After getting into a "wiggin" fight with Don Patch over ice cream, his appearance and defeat leads Bo-bobo to head towards the legendary block of the Hajikelists.

  • N&Ns / N&N: While not really a villain like Kappa, N&N is a resident in the Wiggin Block. Claiming to be an interstellar space traveler, he has gotten Bobobo and his gang out of a sticky situation at the front door by saving them from evil dolphin showhosts.
  • Line-Drawing Guy (ラインひくやつ Line Hikuyatsu): A line-maker that Bo-bobo and group meet at a dolphin show at the front of the Hajike Block. He wants to swim...but can't.

In a scene cut from the dub, The Teacup shows a very S&D reaction towards another teacup being used for coffee. He reappears during the New Emperor Playoffs

  • Captain Ishida (キャプテン石田 Kyaputen Ishida): A space policeman who appears from a Wiggin Bird Gasser uses in the "Wiggin Pet Shop" on the second floor of Wiggin Base (apparently he appears from any Wiggin Bird when the holder does not hold very much Wiggin ability). He is defeated by Bo-bobo after it is revealed he had arrested Jelly Jiggler (who was living in this pet shop) for causing a disturbance on Mars and bought him when he returned to the same supermarket Bo-bobo bought him before.
  • Chuunosuke (チューの助 Chūnosuke): A small mouse samurai encountered on the third floor of Wiggin Block, Bo-bobo's team must partake in a cat-and-mouse game in order to stop it. He briefly works together with Bobobo during the new emperor playoffs.

  • Rice (ライス): A teen assassin encountered on the top floor of Wiggin Block, he is the master of "Kome Shinken" (Fist of Rice...which refers to the actual grain of rice, as opposed "gohan", cooked rice), which he attacks through an immense bowl of rice he summons above him. He also seems to enjoy blowing things up. While most of his attacks involve using the grain as a weapon, he can also trap people within the giant bowl, upon which if they don't escape within an hour...they turn into a panda! (well in Beauty's case, it was a panda costume) But while Rice primarily uses "Kome Shinken", he has an even more powerful alias and ability at his disposal: every night at exactly 6 p.m. (dinner time), he transforms into the "King of Hajikelists", using attacks more powerful and insane than anything even regular Hajikelists Bo-bobo and Don Patch haven't seen (though it doesn't help that Rice ends up wearing such odd outfits as a shampoo hat and a ballerina suit, and a giant "KING" costume while in this form)! He later assists in the battle against the former Hair Hunters, where he is defeated again by Lambada.

  • Ochoboguchi-kun (おちょぼ口君 Ochoboguchi-kun) / Puckered Lips: A ninja with a mouth for a face, he reveals himself in Wiggin Block after Rice's defeat to fight him and extend an invitation to take on his master OVER. He claims that "The walls have ears, and the ceilings have lips!" because he is first seen hanging from the ceiling. Besides his ninja abilities, he also possesses an ability to vacuum anyone inside of his mouth to send them to the location of his choice. He mostly uses his ninja abilities, though, to sneak into girl's bathrooms. We later discover that he runs an oden cart frequented by Dengaku Man.

  • Gump (ガンプ Ganpu): The bodyguard of OVER's castle, he possesses the ability to fly through the wings on his back...but is defeated from a collaborative effort of the whole Bo-bobo team (and a little Kinnikuman battle tactics). Taking advantage of his name, the dub makes him sound like Forrest Gump.

  • The Five Hidden Killers (必殺五忍衆 Hissatsu Go-Ninshū) / The Ultimate Five Assassins: Like Captain Battleship, OVER has a team of five warriors working for him and protecting his castle headquarters. But while Captain Battleship's team was a team of weirdoes hidden away in masks and cloaks, OVER's...is a team of weirdoes using various assassin and ninja maneuvers to fight their opponents.
    • Ruby (ルビー) / Ms. Ruby: The first of OVER's Ninshū, she is a very cute little girl who appears to want everyone to play with her in her room instead of killing them. But while she innocent and friendly, she actually has the ability to brainwash her opponents into playing all day, making them oblivious to the moment she finally assassinates them! Though Don Patch easily ignores this tactic and has no mercy in taking her out, Jelly Jiggler in particular doesn't want to fight little girls and eventually takes pity on her plight. She is sacrificed by the reverse maruhage during the new emperor playoffs.
    • Infinite Kicker (無限蹴人 Mugen Shūto) / Infinite Shoot: Guardian of the 2nd Floor "jungle stage" of OVER's castle, this Ninshū boy appears like a soccer player and ends up challenging Gasser on his level. He has the ability to transform his jungle settings into a chamber of molten lava (even though it takes him 10 minutes to do so) and attacks his opponent with a kusarigama. But while he does carry a soccer ball with him, it is in reality a bento lunchbox! When he fights Gasser, he accidentally removes his neck belt, and gets crushed by the power of the shonen's "baby form". He makes a cameo during the new emperor playoffs.

    • The Three Cultures: The final three of the assassin Ninshū fight together as a strange ninja team (possibly as a parody to fellow Jump manga Naruto) who, coincidentally, are named after three of the first four great ancient civilizations of the world (but not Egypt, oddly enough). In the fight with this trio of assassins, Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Jelly Jiggler must work together (both figuratively and literally) to win. Bo-bobo faces the trio again in a ramen-eating contest during the "New Emperor Playoff".
      • Mesopotamia Civilization (メソポタミア文明 Mesopotamia Bunmei) / Mesopotamion Guy - A tentacled-horned nose creature, is the trap-master of the castle, controlling an entire room of nearly inescapable traps as well as consistently trying (and failing) to set them off during the battle with Bo-bobo's team. He also appears to try and use a "cloning jutsu". that is sort of obvious to its opponents (since the "clones" are just hot dogs cut into the shape of octopuses).
      • Indus Civilization (インダス文明 Indasu Bunmei) / Indus Guy - A firecracker dressed in ancient Japanese garb, is the quiet one (compared to his partners) who fights with a sword like a samurai and can open up his body to reveal something unexpected to assist him.
      • Kouga Civilization (黄河文明 Kōga Bunmei) / The Yellow River - is the human leader of the trio. This one fights with a sword as well, but has various ninjitsu abilities such as a freezing ability and... curling? (it should be noted that the symbol on his outfit bears a close resemblance to the Tidus/Jecht symbol featured throughout the game Final Fantasy X.) It should also be noted that he looks like a woman, and oddly enough in a later scene he was seen taking off his shirt which revealed his/her very lage breasts while wearing a pink shirt, and after words she/he married Indus Guy and then they got divorced after 2 minutes of marrige (Of course this could be considered another gag but since the show really doesn't make any sense it could be possible).

        • Mouth Kick: Mesopotamian Guy jumps forward with....The Yellow River in his mouth, causing him to kick the enemy.
        • Freezing Sweat: Yellow River begins to sweat, causing anything that comes in contact with it, he wound up frozen as well. This move is disined for the Curling Attack
        • Curling Attack: After a landscape is frozen by the Frezzing Sweat attack, Yellow River summons a bomb that Indus Guy and Mesopotamion Guy use mops to play Curling with attempting to get the bomb in enemy teratory.

  • Halekulani (ハレクラニ): The last and the strongest of Tsuru Tsururina IV's "Four Heavenly Kings"/Chrome Dome Empire Big 4, he is the "Black Governor" of his own Halellujah Land (dub: Holy Guacamole Land) amusement park (called that for blowing up any attractions at his own park the moment they stop making money). His main attack style is the "Gorgeous Shinken" (Fist of Gorgeous, dub: "Fist of Gorgeousness"), which involves the control and manipulation of all monetary items from coins to paper money to precious jewels! One of the most devastating of these attacks include wrapping his opponent with paper bills to transform them to the monetary value they are worth. He can also send opponents into a world based on the board game sugoroku and power up his "Gorgeous Shinken" abilities by fusing with the many precious gems he can collect all over his armor. He later becomes a key ally in the fight against the Reverse Maruhage Empire after losing to Crimson and LOVE in the new emperor playoffs.

Used on Bo-bobo, Don Patch, Jelly Jiggler, Beauty, and Softon. note: Anyone who attempts to attack Halekulani will lose an additional 6,000,000 dollars.

  • Kanemaru (カネマール): A spear-wielding assassin Bo-bobo and Jelly Jiggler encounter on the train to Halellujah Land. Called the "Boxer on the Boxcar", he is able to stand on top of his moving battlefield without falling off. After the Wiggin Trio defeat him, he gives his title (and sash) to Bobobo. Halekulani turns Kane-Mahru into a yen for his failure. He probably changed back to Kanemaru when Halekulani was defeated.

    • Javelin Pole Vault Attack: Kanemaru extends his spear and attacks the enemy.

  • Nightmare (ナイトメア Naitomea): Guardian of the "Little Kids Area" of Halleluja Land, he fights by taking advantage of being the only adult within his area and taking full advantage of his attractions. His most powerful ability is "Death Nightmare", the ability to make his victims' worst nightmares come to life, if you call them nightmares that is. Jelly Jiggler's was being tortured by tofu, Don Patch's was being surrounded by seven beautiful women wearing bunny costumes, and Bo-Bobo's was playing basketball with a bunch of kanngaroos. He is defeated when the younger Bo-bobo and Don Patch become Bobopatch...well, a crudely drawn version of him, anyway.
  • Hell Killers (ヘルʷキラーズ) / A Few Dangerous Thugs: Just like Captain Battleship and OVER before him, these are officially the main underlings of Halekulani: three killer assassins working within the confines of Hallelujah Land sent down to take out any intruders to the park...such as Bo-bobo.
    • Galubel the Fresh-Blooded (鮮血のガルベル Senketsu no Garuberu) / Garuberu of the Fresh Blood (dub manga) / Garbel of Manicura (dub anime): The first Hell Killer and the guardian of the "Candy House" (dub manga: "Gingerbread House"), he can lengthen his nails and control their motion and movements with ease. Bo-bobo puts a stop to him with a manicurist and with a team-up move with Jelly Jiggler.

    • T-500 (テイ-500): A parody on the T-800 from The Terminator, this gun-toting Hell Killer attacks Don Patch after he takes over a Muscle Marshalls (similar to Power Rangers) stage show in Hallelujah Land. He wears a scouter (similar to one of Freeza's) over his eye that reads power and ability, but because of the weird tactics of Don Patch, he becomes utterly confused and eventually defeated (but to those watching, it was merely part of the show!).

    • Three Prison-Murderer Brothers' (獄殺３兄弟 Gokusatsu San-Kyōdai) / The Super Hell Bro's (English manga) / The Terrible Triplets (English dub): The third of the three Hell Killers is, in reality, three brothers who work together as one unit. All of them use "Fist of Brothers" to fight and Together, the brothers are the guardian of the "Climb High Tower" attraction of Hallelujah Land, and are able to fight their opponents either split apart or as a brotherly team. But none of them expect the teamwork (or lack of) that Bo-bobo and his allies bring when they face them down! They later make a brief cameo as participants in the new emperor playoffs. The Triplets are:
      • Beep (ビープ) - The youngest brother, fights with huge cat gloves on his hands and wears a huge helmet on his head that protects his bishonenous looks (luckily for Softon, he really hates poop).
      • Megafan (メガファン) The middle brother, can manipulate chewing gum that will have dangerous effects towards anyone that gets hit by it (including one that kills his opponent with its smell 30 minutes after being hit by it). He also can attack with a pair of scimitars.
      • Haou (覇王 Haō) The eldest brother, is a small demon-like creature who doesn't say as much as his brothers and merely attacks with his fists. But his true abilities are unleashed whenever his two younger brothers transfer their power to him, allowing him to use the strength of all three at once (in the dub he is also known as "Who What When and Where").

        • Big Brother Barrage of Bad Breath Bubbles That Hurt: Beep grabs Megafan's feet and spins him while Megafan blows Bad Breath Bubbles.

  • Giga (ギガ): The leader of the prison island of Cyber City, the most powerful district of the Bald Empire, and Czar Baldy Bald's right hand man. His main ability is the power of "Obuje Shinken" (Fist of Objects, dub: "Fist of Object D' Art"), which allows for the creation of pieces of art that he uses to attack. This ability also allows him to transform enemies, particularly those with "Shinken" abilities, into art both for his collection and to assist him in powering up upon breaking them. After absorbing many of his creations, he is able to transform into "Super Giga", which has more powerful armor and much longer pigtailed hair. Bo-bobo finally puts a stop to him with the ultimate powers of "Hanage Shinken". He is also a participant in the new emperor playoffs, where he is crushed offscreen by Crimson.

      • Hands of Clay Attack: Giga summons hands of clay to pull the enemy into the ground.
      • Homing Objects: Giga throws a series of small homing projectiles.

  • The 6 Electric Brain Warriors (天脳６闘騎士 Tennō Roku Tōkishi) / The Six Cyber Knights: Six powerful underlings of Giga, each of whom controls one of the various execution stands in Cyber City. Each of these is televised to the locals to make examples of them to the others. The members are:
    • Pana (パナ): Guardian of the "Sphere Prison Execution Stand", he is a long-haired man who kills opponents within a sphere made up of roads upon which he rides on with the wheel on his head. His primary attacks include spinning rapidly (either upside down or right-side up) while using circular blades or attacking with his "Psycho Ball".

        • White Fox Spinning Dance: Pana spins on one of his circular blades.

    • Sonic (ソニック Sonikku): Guardian of the "Bungee Execution Stand"/"Bungee Jump Hair Hunt Stadium", his method of death involves bungee matchups between several opponents and himself and his underlings Super Rabbit and Despair-kun (known as the Unknown Sad Sack in the dub). However unlike anyone else, he has a special rocket attached to him preventing him from ever failing!
    • Also as a sidenote, a less obivious name pun is revealed by putting "Pana" and "Sonic"'s name together, which spells out the name of a certain electronic manufacturer company, Panasonic. This is implied since both Pana and Sonic spend most of their battle being upside-down.

        • Wing Cutter: Sonic cuts the enemy with his wing.

    • Shibito (詩人 Shibito) / The Bad Bard: Guardian of the "Writer Prison Execution Stand"/"Library Hair Hunt Stadium", he is the master "Gothic Shinken" (Fist of Gothic), an ability that allows him to create words out of nothing and use them to create attacks based on what they say. He can manipulate words to allow him to release an object that is symbolized from the world (such as creating a spear from the word "spear") and even create illusions so that everyone merely sees words even for their friends and enemies. (Interestingly, his name is an alternate reading of the word "shijin", the Japanese word for poet) He is defeated again during the new emperor playoffs.

    • Kuruman (クルマン) / Otto: A man with a car for a head, he is the guardian of the "Hell Training Institute"/"Driving School Stadium", where he contols a large force of possesed cars, traffic signs and zombie driving instructors. His weakness is his obsession with preventing his car face from being damaged, which is how Bo-bobo, Softon and Dengaku Man stop him.
    • Wan Ronga (王ʷ龍牙 Wan Ronga): Master of "Rōgoku Shinken" (Fist of Jail: Fist of the Prison in the english version), he was the one who originally captured Gasser and brought him to Cyber City in the first place. Later, he was taking time off during Bo-bobo's battle with the other Cyber Knights after another capture run. Unfortunately, one of those he had captured was Hatenko, who would eventually stop him at the same time Bo-bobo finishes off Giga.

The enigmatic abilities of the onion-headed J
    • J (ジェイ) - Known as the "Messenger of the Black Sun", this suited, mustach-wearing man (with a head no one knows if its an onion or garlic) controls the power within Cyber City. He is a master of "Kurotaiyō Shinken" (Fist of the Black Sun), allowing him to attack with powerful flames and illusions created from five black suns created in his field. He also has the ability to teleport other things as needed...which ends up bringing in Dengaku Man just when Bo-bobo and Don Patch prepared to fuse...and ends up creating Denbo for the first time (and his downfall)! Although he and Softon are enemies at first, J eventually trains Softon to increase his Babylon abilities! He appears again during the new emperor playoffs, but loses early on to Menma. Out of all the many ridiculous villains in Cyber city, J seems to be the most serious and he can be rather cruel in battle.

  • Super Rabbit (スーパーラビット): One of the assistants on the "Bungee Execution Stand", he is an anthropomorphic pink rabbit with the word "SPEER" written on his belly. Although he has a tired expression, he uses powerful karate moves when his eyes are fully open, even in the midst of a bungee jump. He makes a brief appearance as a participant in the new emperor playoffs.

  • Despair-kun (絶望君 Zetsubou-kun) / The Unknown Sad Sack: The second of the "Bungee Execution Stand" assistants, he is a depressed, muscular man with a paper bag over his head. He never wants to take part in the bungee battle and consistently tries to cut off his rope to escape. However, he is willing both to befriend and fight Bo-bobo, particularly for food. Later, he joins in Bo-bobo's group during the fight against the Reverse Chromedome Empire.

  • Tsuru Tsurulina the 3rd/Czar Baldy Bald the 3rd (ツル・ツルリーナ３世 Tsuru Tsurulina 3-Sei): The old emperor of the Margarita Empire, locked away within the center of "Neo Hair-Hunt Land MAX" (an amusement park thrown right on top of the old A-Block Amusement Park). Although he appears to be human, he is actually a cyborg. He uses "Red Magic Shinken" (Fist of Red Magic, which creates attacks based off magic tricks) to avoid the attacks of his enemies and attack them back physically, and "Blue Magic Shinken" (Fist of Blue Magic, released only within a special universe he creates through a magic handkerchief) to destroy souls and minds. Unlike the current emperor, who wants everyone to be bald, Czar Baldy Bald III wants to destroy all humans and then get the "Hair Ball", the source of power of the Hair Kingdom which gives them their hair abilities, for himself. He absorbs Bobobo, thinking he may be able to obtain it that way, and also absorbs Don Patch (since Bo-bobo takes him with), eventually changing into a very strange form. Bobobo and Don Patch manage to escape from inside him, and then defeat him once and for all with a technique showcasing all the wonderful things about life and being a human (such as getting a job, falling in love, etc.) At the end of "Part 1", Czar Baldy Bald the 3rd finally gains a "Hair Ball" and takes advantage of a vacuum in power, becoming emperor of the Neo Chromedome Empire and the main enemy in Shinsetsu Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.

After the defeat of the first wave of Hair Hunters, he ends up gaining the assistance of his former Hair Hunt block leader: Wild Wister, though Wild Wister uses an attack which makes sees no difference between friend or foe, which knocks him out of the fight. He continues to watch from a nearby alley, and is surprised when Bobobo defeats Wister. In the English dub, there are several puns made by him in reference to the Beatles, the famous English rock band, not to mention his supposed dub name is the same name of one of the band members. In the dub, it is possible the he and Shaina are a couple.

  • Associate Hair Hunters #5 and #6: Two hair hunters, a human in torn clothing with a switchblade and a small gumdrop-like creature with wings, the two of them were former Hair Hunters from a hundred years ago. Working together, they force Tsulu Tsululina the 4th to release the former Hair Hunter leaders from their era to take care of the enemies in this time. They are sacrificed by the reverse chromedome after dropping out of the new emperor playoffs. These two, along with Combat Blues, remain loyal to Czar Baldy Bald the 3rd through the end of part 1.

  • Rose-Lily Kikunojō (薔薇百合菊之丞 Barayuri Kikunojō) / Wild Wister: The former leader of G-Block, he is the first leader from the seven-most powerful Hair Hunter blocks from one hundred years ago to awaken in the 31st Century era. Known for his tinted sunglasses and his open-collared shirt, he is a master of "Hyakka Ryōran Shinken" (Fist of Blooming Flowers, dub: Fist of One Hundred Wild Flowers Dance), which allows him to control various floral-based attacks such as petal storms or the growing of various flowers to do his bidding. Upon his release, Kikunojō finds himself in search of the Hair Kingdom, knowing of its power and danger from his era. Unfortunately, that search leads him to Bo-bobo, and he becomes his first victim to his new "super" power...

      • Bacteria Bullets Barrage: Wild Wister growns giant plant stems with blue flowers that shoot 10,000 contaminated bullets.
      • Gaint Man-Eating Flowers Formation: Wild Wister grows a large field of his man-eating flowers that eat any flesh they can find.
  • Ujikin TOKIO (宇治金TOKIO Ukijin TOKIO): Former leader of F-Block, this walking bowl of ujikintoki (a Japanese style shaved ice<ice cream in the dub>) is the leader of the "Running Wild Gadget" area of this amusement park. A master of "Natsu Shinken" (Fist of Summer), he is able to create circumstances similar to the summer season or fire ice cream at his opponents. After being defeated by Bo-bobo, Jelly Jiggler and Hatenko (by going on a world tour), he returns to try assisting other former leaders in the "Life or Death Triple" medal game...only to be thrown out instantly.

  • Chisuisui (チスイスイ): Former leader of K-Block, he's a vampire who assists Ukijin TOKIO in the "Running Wild Gadget" area. Unfortunately, he isn't good at sucking jelly and falls alongside his team.

  • Star Saber (スターセイバー): Former leader of P-Block, he's a walking TV monitor with a fan on his back and boxing gloves on his fists. His abilities include a powerful punch as well as the ability to transform himself and his allies into sci-fi versions of themselves.

  • Combat Blues (コンバット・ブルース): Former leader of E-Block, a soldier who is the guardian of the "Battlefield Requiem" (a water slide attraction) of Neo Hair-Hunt Land MAX. His specialty is "Trap Shinken" (Fist of Traps), which allows him the use of all sorts of military-issue weaponry as well as various traps set along the water slides. Unfortunately, he gets hit by his own weapons and traps often, not to mention faces his downfall when his sure-fire ultimate weapon...turns out to be Torpedo Girl! He is later seen working alongside Czar Baldy Bald the 3rd as he invades the Hair Kingdom, but is merely reading porn while his boss gains the ultimate power!

  • Swimsuit Gal (水着ギャル Mizugi Gyaru) and Swimsuit Girl (水着ガール Mizugi Gāru): Two teenage girls in swimsuits who are respectively the former leaders of W-Block and J-Block and working alongside Combat Blues at the water slide battlefield. The two of them comfort their boss every time he's knocked out, instantly reviving him back into action. (and leading to accusations he's a pervert)

  • Jeda the Wind God (風神のジェダ Fuujin no Jeda) Former C-Block Leader. He fights alongside Hagaiou and Raparapa against Bobobo and friends in the "Ice Mecha Ring" attraction, where everyone pilots a robot of some sort in a battle match. Jeda's main battle style is "Fuugama Shinken" (Fist of the Wind Scythe), which allows him to control an immense scythe to create wind attacks. (similar to the present day C-Block Leader: Geha the Gale) He manages to defeat Jelly and trap him within the ice, but is then defeated in the end by PatchBobo after being fused by him with Hagaiou.

  • Hagaiou (覇凱王 Hagaiou): Former Q-Block Leader, controls a frog mech that transforms to an elephant in the Ice Mecha Ring match. His appearance suggests that he may be somehow connected to Haou of the "Terrible Triplets".

  • Raparapa (ラパラパ): Former N-Block Leader, also working with Jeda the Wind God in the ice-skating attraction and falls against PatchBobo.

  • Three-Thousand Years (三千年 Sanzennen): Former O-Block Leader, he fights with the secret technique from three-thousand years of Chinese history: flying bowls of ramen. While the only one of his trio on the merry-go-round that fights, he easily falls by a team effort of Softon, Hatenko and Torpedo Girl.

  • Yagyū (やぎゅう): Former V-Block Leader, he's a samurai who is best described as an idiot after trying to charge at Torpedo Girl and Co. on a Merry-Go-Round horse. His ponytail gets ripped off by Torpedo Girl and used as Calligraphy brush.

  • Model (モーデル): Former X-Block Leader who loves to hold his own fashion shows, even at the most inappropriate time. He use to be the star of the shows, that is until Torpedo Girl kicked him off and stole the spotlight. He appears again during the New Emperor Playoffs

  • Rububa the Bubbles (泡玉のルブバ Awadama no Rububa): Former Z-Block Leader who uses Shabon Shinken (Fist of Soap), which allows him to create bubbles of any size through a giant straw or turn himself into a bubble. He explains the functions of the "Life or Death Triple" machine and lays out a 6-team format for fighting inside (which Bobobo's team disregard anyway since Dengakuman and Softon came in as extras and Jelly Jiggler re-enters the machine under a different alias). Rububa dispatches Dengakuman easily with bubble warriors, but gets blown away by Rice, Don Patch, and Bobobo's "Wiggin' Cannon".

  • Rem (レム): Former D-Block Leader, she is a girl who has the power of "Bakusui Shinken" (Fist of Crash-Sleeping) to send her opponents to a world of dreams known as "Rem Sleep World", which they never wake up from. Sometimes, however, she gets carried away and ends up falling asleep herself. Within her sleep world, Rem is twenty-times more powerful than her physical self. After defeating her in her own world, Bo-bobo sends her to "Bo-bobo World Nightmare", where she is forced to face strange nightmarish visions as brought to life by Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Jelly Jiggler. It is later revealed that she was the daughter of two mattresses, and apparently was a misfit in the family and teased by her brothers. After an evil soul living inside of her is exorcised, she becomes good and surrenders, while consequently warning Bo-bobo and the others on the three most powerful of her era: Lambada, Hanpen and Czar Baldy Bald the 3rd.

  • Lambada (ランバダ): Former B-Block Leader, he is the master of "Polygon Shinken" (Fist of Polygon). His powers center around using polygons to completely turn his enemies into irregular polygons, rendering most of their attacks useless, or to remove a small smiley-face from the opponent to render them defeated. He can also change the appearance of parts or all of his body to disguise himself or change his limbs into a useable waepon. In addition he can create various weapons through his multi-dimensional polygons . He manages to defeat Rice, but when the time comes for him to face Bobobo and friends, he is first subjected to Softon's "Black Sun Technique" (coutesy of J), and afterwards he is transported by Bo-bobo to an old-school-style game arena, and since his polygons are too advanced for the game, he cannot use them. (One of these games, where he runs up carrying giant "Nu" to Jelly Jiggler, is a mini-game in the GBA game "Bakutou Hajike Taisen") In the end, he is defeated by Bobopatchiggler in a simulated scene from a Bo-bobo video game!

  • Ishikawa Goemon (イシカワ・ゴエモン): Former R-Block leader, he's a strange samurai-like warrior Don Patch is forced to fight in the "Hell Area" of "Life or Death Triple". First appearing as Roman Kikō (浪漫貴公 Roman Kikō, translates into "Romantic You"), he is the master of "Genjū Shinken" (Fist of Strange Animals), allowing him to summon creatures from another dimension to fight for him (even though many of these things aren't too helpful). However, his true identity, easily identified by Don Patch, is similar to the famed Japanese thief and he even tries to steal from Don Patch before falling to defeat.

  • Kancho-kun (カンチョー君 Kancho-kun): A tiny creature with hands on its head, the former leader of Y-Block's main attack is jutting its fingers up an opponent's butt, a prank commonly performed by small children called a "kancho". After stabbing Jelly Jiggler, Bo-bobo removes it from his behind...where it already is seen defeated. However, Kancho for some reason is later on Bo-bobo's team in the fight against the Reverse Chromedome Empire.

  • Hanpen (ハンペン): The Former A-Block Leader, he's a giant, walking, talking, Japanese fish cake. He first introduced the Sangaria way of fighting to the other block leaders when he is intro duced. He was suppose to be eaten by a kid for lunch but got dropped into a nearby river. He floated downstream of the river and washed onshore, only to be attacked by wild animals. Hanpen fought off all the animals in the forest and gained scars (and a human body for some reason) from his experience and became one of three strongest block leaders. When fighting Bobobo's group, Jelly Jiggler constantly challenged Hanpen for the title of being the strongest food-based warrior, but Jelly Jiggler lost (after one attack!) and couldn't defeat him without turning into JellyBobo. During the New Empire Playoffs, Hanpen became aware of the Reverse Chromedome Empire, so he joins Bobobo for a short time to defeat the new threat. He wears a karate uniform while in Bobobo's group.

  • Guy Bō (GUY坊 GUY Bō) Former I-Block Leader who helps "Master" Hanpen. He keeps surprise-attacking Hatenko whenever he gets distracted, but ends up doing this one too many times and gets his arm "LOCKED".

  • Chikuwan (チクワン): Former H-Block Leader who is a living chikuwa (or a churro in the U.S. dub) that tries to help Master Hanpen by starting a group cheer. The end result is Hanpen yelling at Chikuwan and his cheering squad, making them all upset. He also appears to have cold.

  • Hydrate (ハイドレート): Known as the "Dark Emperor", he is the mad leader of the Reverse Chrome Dome Empire that exists underground beneath the castle of the real Maruhage Empire. In actuality, Hydrate is also the little brother of Czar Baldy Bald the Fourth, forced into the shadows due to his brother becoming the emperor of the country. Through training alongside "Landmine Dandy" (the father of Torpedo Girl), he eventually became a master of "Ashi no Ura Shinken" (Fist of Foot Sole), allowing him to attack his opponents with the empowered soles of his feet! But it was not enough to defeat the 4th, who eventually threw him away into the "Dark World", where he eventually established his own empire and army to take down his brother and the people of the surface world. Alongside his Shinken, he also uses various armors to assist him such as the "Nyan Nyan Armor" (a set of cat pajamas), the "Fat-Raising Armor" (a bra) and his ultimate "Dark Necros" Armor! Taking advantage of the "New Emperor Playoff" being held by his older brother, Hydrate uses his warriors to infiltrate the tournament and steal the energy of the strongest warriors to raise his "Floating Castle Yamiking" and immediately declaring himself Tsuru Tsurulina the 5th upon seizing the throne from his deserting brother! But eventually, he is defeated by the combined power of Bo-bobo and Ikarin Patch.

  • Kuunyan (空ニャン Kūnyan): An assassin sent by Czar Baldy Bald the 4th to test Bo-bobo and his team prior to entering the New Emperor. This long-nosed character uses "Parachute Shinken" (Fist of Parachute) to create parachutes he uses to attach to his opponents and stop them.

  • Mogura (モグラ): Riding alongside Kuunyan's airplane, this humanoid mole first gives the announcement of the Cromedome New Emperor Playoff to those chosen to participate.

  • Higusari Seijūrō (火鎖清十郎 Higusari Seijūrō): Guardian of Course #26 (Swift Hell-Depth Tunnel) in the elimination course of the "New Empire Playoff", this guardian uses the chains he's bound within to attack any intruders that enter his passage. Although Beauty, Don Patch and Ujikin TOKIO try to take him down, he is easily crushed by Halekulani's money attack.

  • Menma (メンマ): Guardian of Course #33 (Death Ramen Highway) inside the elimination courses of the "New Empire Playoff", this female in Chinese dress forces opponents to eat their way out while using her "Ramen Shinken" (Fist of Ramen) to further make it difficult in their pursuit of victory. Although she somehow stopped J, she was eventually defeated by a combination of Bo-bobo and the Three Civilization ninja squad.

  • Nenchaku (ねんちゃく) One of the newcomers of the "New Empire Playoffs", he attacks Bobobo immediately as the playoffs officially start. He uses stop STOP Shinken (Fist of Stop), a fighting style that uses duct tape to bind or stop an opponent. He gets defeated after witnessing some horrible programming from "Bobobo TV".

  • Dark Yasha (闇夜叉 Yami Yasha): Initially appearing as a serious older man in a kimono, this warrior becomes Bo-bobo's main opponent in the death battle arena "Bottle Age" (filled with giant water bottles) in the first true stage of the journey to Cromedome Castle. Manipulating "Dokuro Shinken" (Fist of Skulls), he has various abilities including the ability to create fighting skeletons, manipulate a skull sword or place a special seal that forces an opponent's bones out of their body. Furthermore, he can further transform into a demonic form using a special "Skull Sake". But even if he loses with these abilities, his true form is revealed... (Note: although he eventually appeared in the manga, Dark Yasha originally appeared in the Bo-bobo GBA game "9 Kiwame Senshi Gyagu Yuugou")

  • Sambaman (サンバマン): One of the most bizarre-looking characters on the show, Sambaman's attacks cause anyone who hears and/or witnesses them to begin dancing. He also has a special juice which is supposed to make people ugly, but it ends up turning Bobobo and Don Patch into fruits, and Jelly into a pizza delivery guy. In one scene, Sambaman is featured wearing a bird beak and pecking away at the city the group fights him in. Eventually, when he is defeated, he asks to join Bo-bobo's team, which is responded...by him being strapped to a rocket and sent into space.

  • Halon Oni (ハロンオニ): A boy with a demonic tail who is a member of the Reverse Cromedome Empire, as well as part of their Cromedome Big Four. He has an uncanny resemblance to Gasser in appearance. His main ability is "Sword Yamiken" (Dark Fist of Swords), which allows him to summon swords of various sizes at will. Initially, Halon works with a penguinlike creature called Slim, but eventually betrays him. He has a demonic tail that can vastly increase the size of his opponents, which he uses to puncture Gasser, turning him into a giant battlefield stuck in the ground until his collar comes off (due to one of Haoln's attacks) and he goes into baby mode. After being annihilated by Baby Gasser, he upgrades himself into a more demonic form with wings and an immense sword. Halon fights and is defeated by Super Patch, the upgraded form of Don Patch, and, with his last pleads to god to make him more like the one defeating him, turns into a Lil' Patch when he has fallen!

  • Slim (スリム): A penguinlike creature that is Halon's assistant...until Halon decides to turn on him. His main ability is to stretch and increase muscle mass on his arms, allowing for powerful blows.

  • The Three Sacks (3ぶくろ San-Bukuro): A trio of brothers who are just that - three sacks...as well as being members of the "Reverse Maruhage Four Heavenly Kings". They were planning to sacrifice Bobobo and Rem in their "Table Of Sacrifices" (which is a clock) after capturing Lambada within, needed to gather the energy to release Hydrate's castle from the underground. Their abilities of "Sanbukuro Yamiken" (Dark Fist of Three Sacks) releases attacks, from blunt objects to powerful blasts, from inside their bodies and towards their opponents. Bobobo defeats the eldest one, whom the two younger ones have a burial for, and when they try to stand up to him, they too are defeated. As a last resort, the youngest sack revives his older brothers and fuses all three of them into an odd white creature with yellow horns, which is defeated by Super Denbo-chan in the Storybook World. These three are the last enemies Bo-bobo's team have a chance to face in the anime due to cancellation.

  • Crimson (クリムゾン): A three-eyed member of the Reverse Maruhage Empire's Four Heavenly Kings, he is first implied by defeating Giga effortlessly offscreen during the New Emperor Playoffs. He is also the first opponent faced by the allies of Bo-bobo heading up through Hydrate's floating fortress. Crimson uses his abilities of "Mitsume Yamiken" (Dark Fist of Three Eyes) to create giant floating eyeballs used for offensive purposes (like firing lasers through the eyes) and protection, as well as to keep close watch on his entire area. As guardian of the first level of Hydrate's fortress, he controls the "Cinematic Hour" stage, forcing his opponents (in this case Bo-bobo, Tennosuke and Halekulani) to take part in various life-or-death movie scenarios. However, he and his allies find defeat when Bo-bobo transforms into Kintenbo , finding themselves facing various penalty games before being thrown into another dimension!
  • Tsūgan G (ツーガン G Tsūgan G): Leader of Reverse E-Block, he's a one-eyed gunman working with Crimson. Fighting alongside Crimson and Chef Lin, he is defeated by Kintenbo.

  • Chef Lin (しぇふりん): Leader of Reverse F-Block, its a leech that wears an apron and chef's hat. He doesn't do much and didn't seem know what was going on (he gets himself shot several times by stray bullets during a cowboy shoot-out while talking to Bobobo out in the open).

  • LOVE (ラブ): Though she appears as a normal woman, she reveals that she is a dominatrix when it came time for battle. She also loves men with big muscles so she has a factory that runs on a conveyor belt that gives men bulging muscles. Bobobo, Despair-kun, and Tennosuke were pulled on for a demonstration (Bobobo turns into the Robin Mask, then Akuma Shogun from the Kinnikuman series and Tennosuke just got bushier eyebrows) so OVER, Don Patch, and Hatenko team up. She attacks by the power of Oiroke Yamiken (Dark Fist of Sexy), which includes fighting with a whip as well as blowing kisses and smooching the opponents. Unfortunately, her actions (as well Tennosuke, unintentionally) transforms OVER back into Torpedo Girl, making her much harder to stop and forcing LOVE to transform into an immense bird creature. She is finally brought to a stop by the combined power of "Hatenko World" and Torpedo Girl's unlocked power.
  • Meat-Meat Aliens (ニクニク星人 Nikuniku Seijin): Leaders of both Reverse G-Block and Reverse H-Block, they work alongside LOVE in the "Muscle Conveyor" chamber. Facing Don Patch as an opponent, he almosts adopts them as children...until he starts beating them up for giving him too much weight! (note: the "niku" in their name can stand for the Japanese word for meat, but can also be put together as "nikuniku", which stands for "detestable")

  • Byakkyō (白狂 Byakkyō): Hydrate's right-hand man and the guardian of the third-floor "Operating Room" of his fortress. He's also known as "Byakkyō the Catharsis Slaughterer", a title given to him 15 years ago for the annihilation of the warriors of the Holy Land of Babylon when he was just a boy. His main ability is through his "Teope Shinken" (Fist of Surgery), allowing him to physically open his opponents. The main means is through several cursed dolls implanted through his body, allowing Byakkō to harm anyone by merely stabbing or cutting one of these dolls. He is finally defeated by a team effort by every member of Bo-bobo's group...except Don Patch!

  • Weight-sama (分銅様 Fundō-sama): Leader of Reverse C-Block, this huge headed horned being is actually a living 1000-ton weight that crushes his opponents.

  • Bebebe-be Be-bebe (ベベベーベ　ベーベベ): The guardian of the fourth floor "Moon Sati-Field ZO", he is both the left-hand man of Hydrate...and one of Bo-bobo's big brothers! He seems like a cool-appearing male consistently in black and smoking, but the hair in front of his eyes isn't for style: they prevent anyone from seeing how cutesy they are! While Bo-bobo's favorite sibling in his youth (where he is occasionally depicted as a cat!), he was abducted by Hydrate twenty years prior and brainwashed to work for the Reverse Maruhage Empire. A hair master like his little brother, Be-bebe is a master of "Sunege Shinken" (Fist of Leghair), which allows complete mastery of his hair even to the point of unleashing it from the cuffs of his pants. Similarly, he can both stop Bo-bobo's own nosehairs by merely yelling out "SUNEGE!" whenever his brother prepares to use his hair attacks. Using his hair skills amplified by the power of his stage (the moon increases the power of leghair and stops all other hair attacks), Be-bebe nearly defeats Bo-bobo...until Bo-bobo is forced to draw on the power of "Ganeme" (turning his sunglasses upside down unleashing a furious glasses onslaught) to put a stop to him! Eventually, Be-bebe follows Bo-bobo home to the Hair Kingdom to assist in bringing down their elder brother, Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi.

  • Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi (ビビビービ　ビービビ): The second child of the Five Hair Siblings (older brother to Bu-bubu, Be-bebe and Bo-bobo, but younger than Ba-baba), he is the leader of the "New Hair Kingdom" and the final opponent of the first part of the Bo-bobo manga. Although he is the second child, he is the master of the most powerful of the five hair-based Shinken: "Kami no Ge Shinken" (Fist of Head Hair), allowing him the control of the hair of his head and the ability to stop other hair abilities such as nosehair or leghair. Under his domination, the Hair Kingdom suddenly finds itself as the most advanced civilization in the world, advancing a thousand years in technology within twenty years! However, due to his control of the land, he found resistance from his own sister Bububu-bu Bu-bubu, who eventually recruited Bo-bobo and his team to her side when they return to the kingdom. His first battle encounter with Bo-bobo occurs when he possesses First-Hair General Bird of Paradise, taking over his body and allowing him to use the "Kami no Ge Shinken" to fight brothers Bo-bobo and Be-bebe. Although he seems to knock out the "Hanage Shinken" and "Sunege Shinken" abilities of both, it is ultimately revealed that they ended up putting nose hairs and leg hairs amidst the hair on his head, creating a "hair peace" between the three and allowing for the Shinken to be sealed and victory. Later, after all of his other forces have been delt with by his siblings and the other members of Bo-bobo's squad, Bi-bibi reveals the truth to everyone: he was the one that had started the "Hair Hunt" (even directing the Maruhage Empire to do so from afar) after finding out that Bo-bobo was going to be the next king of the Hair Kingdom! It is here that he also reveals his true Shinken ability: "Kegari Shinken" (Fist of the Hair Hunt), an ability that allows him to manipulate many giant hands that both rip off hair and can even steal the Hair Balls from citizens of the Hair Kingdom! This ability also allows him to use the "Hair Pin", an extremely powerful rapier-like weapon that is lethal to Hair warriors. The ensuing battle with his young brother Bo-bobo has the two of them fighting over the Hair Balls of Bu-bubu, Be-bebe and Hatenko, leading to the afro-warrior sacrificing himself after the death of his sister Bu-bubu! With Bo-bobo dead, the remaining warriors try to stop Bi-bibi, but not even the power of Bo-bobo's glasses (controlling Beauty) or a more powerful Ikarin Patch can stop the hair warrior! But suddenly, at the bleakest moment, Bo-bobo returns to the fight, recharged by the power of dead Hajikelists and empowered now by the "Landmine Ball" of Landmine Dandy. It is with this power, as well as the power of his greatest allies, that allow Bo-bobo to put a stop to Bi-bibi once and for all! But while he lays defeated, Tennosuke leads Bo-bobo to keep his brother alive for the sake of his two young daughters. (amazingly, as powerful and evil as Bi-bibi is, he's a good father) The same mercy was not given, though, by Tsuru Tsurulina the 3rd, who ultimately kills Bi-bibi by stealing his Hair Ball and uses it to obtain the power he desires to rule again...

  • Bibibi-bi Do♥kkyun Suicide Corp（ビービビドッキュン親衛隊Bi-BiBiDokkyunShineitai）: A five man squad under the control of both Bababa-ba Ba-baba and Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi, serving as a welcoming committee for visitors of the Hair Kingdom. Working together as a team, four out of the five use their "Sentai Shinken" to attack any oncoming opponents either in battle or in their Takoyaki entrance fight. Blocking the train path into the kingdom, they forcefully issue out brands for new visitors that make them show their love for Bi-bibi. However, they end up challenging Bo-bobo thinking it would be an easy victory without knowing that he was one of the five children of the hair, sealing their downfall in an attack involving various horror stories!
    • Daraiaso (ダライアソ): A fanged man, he attacks with "Blue Sword Dinosaur" and "Blue Almanac Blade".
    • Deus (デイウス): A maniacal man with horns on his head, he is the de-facto leader of the Suicide Corp. His main attack is "Red Gunmaster".
    • Inbī (インビー): The only female member of the team, she has an interest in cute things like Dengaku Man. Her attack is "Pink Ribbon Energy".
    • Kamozaki Garuhei (カモ崎ガル平 Kamozaki Garuhei): A duck who works as a member of the team and likes to eat fish. His main attack is "Green Duck Panlid"
    • Pigmuck: A strange creature in sunglasses with antenna and completely covered in curly hair. Because of the coincidence of his imagination to the member, Don Patch thinks that he's actually Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi and challenges him during the Bo-bobo team's fight with the rest of the suicide corp!

  • The First Hair Lion's Resolve 16 (発毛獅志１６区 Hatsu Mou Shishi 16 Ku): The sixteen leaders of the various districts of Bi-bibi's "New Hair Kingdom", all of whom are summoned by their leader to take out his betraying sister, Bububu-bu Bu-bubu, as part of his ultimate plan for the Hair Kingdom. But with the return of Bo-bobo and his allies, they may have their work cut out for them...
    • Fine (ファイン): Leader of the team guarding "South Rinse Tower" and the general of the 7th district of the Hair Kingdom. His abilities in "Biryūshi Shinken" (Fist of Particles) allows him to control the tiniest building blocks of the world, letting him create anything he feels like. Using his abilities on behalf of Bi-bibi, he chooses to use them to destroy the opposing members of the Hair Kingdom through a Keshi Keshikeshi battle (a four-on-four decisive battle) involving rotating one-on-one combat, but does not care for sacrificing allies if necessary. Bu-bubu uses one of her secret techniques to allow Bo-bobo to perform three Shinken to stop him: Onara Shinken, Moemoe Shinken and her own Wakige Shinken (Fist of Armpit Hair)! (which she herself taught him)

    • Captain Lunac (ルナーク大佐 Lunac Taisa): A soldier-like man wearing two eye patches, he is the leader of Hair Kingdom's 13th District and one of Fine's assistants. His "Iessa Shinken" (Fist of Yes Sir) allow for him to create an army of miniature soldier fairies to attack for him whenever he lifts both eyepatches. After Bu-bubu stops him in the battle, Lunac tries to defend himself from his boss, but Fine turns him into a hair statue which he immediately smashes, killing him instantly!

    • Red K (レッド K) & Blue D (ブルー D): Respectively the leaders of the 10th and 9th Districts and working with Fine, these two are first seen as beings covered in huge helmets. But when they are revealed, both turn out to be two buxom SD maids who "nya" like catgirls! (perhaps a parody of the manga/anime Tokyo Mew Mew) The duo work together with their "Moemoe Shinken" (the best translation would be "Fist of Cute Girl", with the "moemoe" concept connected to various shoujo series depicting young-looking, usually preteen girls) to lure in opponents with their cuteness and their tea, then subsequently smash them with their iron knuckles. Don Patch nearly falls for their act twice before finally gaining the resolve of a boxer, smashing through both of their cuteness!

    • Bird of Paradise (極楽鳥 Gokurakuchō): A young male who leads the 4th district of Hair Kingdom and is the leader at the "West Shampoo Tower". His main fighting style is "Ansatsu Shinken" (Fist of Assassination) which he uses to steal Dengaku Man and force Bo-bobo to fight him in his "Five-Thousand Elevator Field" where each button leads to a different trap. However, in the middle of his fight, Bi-bibi unexpectically stabs him with his hair powers, forcing Bird of Paradise to become possessed by his master and allowing him to use the abilities of "Kami no Ge Shinken" (Fist of Head Hair) under this state. When Bo-bobo, Be-bebe and Don Patch set him free, their opponent regains consciousness. But before he is able to unleash his ultimate attack, Bi-bibi stabs him dead seeing him as unnecessary to his plans anymore. Some see a strange resemblance between him and Shinsetsu character Senonaka Namerō.

    • Wasabeef Carl (ワサビーフ　カール): A fat man in a beret who is the leader of 15th District and works alongside Bird of Paradise. His eyes and mouth are made up of numbers, which his "Buhittone Shinken" (Fist of "Buhittone") allows for him to count down to the point of releasing a small creature inside of him. Bo-bobo and Don Patch eliminate him and his partner easily after Bird of Paradise (possessed by Bi-bibi) is dealt with.

    • Extremely Healthyman (とっても健康マン Tottemo Kenkōman): Trapped within a straightjacket and mask, he is Bird of Paradise's other companion and the leader of 14th District. His "Sokubaku Shinken" (Fist of Restraint) forces his enemies to become as constricted down as he is. After Bird of Paradise's defeat, he reveals himself to be a much healthier version of Hinjyaku (an unhealthy man who appears in visual cameo in vol. 2 while Bo-bobo is teasing Beauty during Gasser's fight with Wall Man)...but Bo-bobo and Don Patch still make easy work of him regardless!

    • Yūko (ゆうこ): The leader of the 5th District of Hair Kingdom and one of the co-guardians of "North Conditioner Tower", she originally appears as a cute girl with thin braids in front, but consistently watching the actions of Bu-bubu for Bi-bibi. But when Bo-bobo's team begins to face her in her "Club Stage" arena, Softon knows there is something different as he feels his "Babylon Seal" slipping away from him. It is when Bo-bobo and the others try to protect him that truth is revealed: this general reveals herself as Icen (アイセン), a warrior from Babylon and another master of "Babylon Shinken"! Because of the rules of "two Babylon warriors never existing at the same time", Icen remains in her mask (a scoop of vanilla ice cream with a cone on top) while Softon reveals himself as Beauty's long-lost brother before she traps him inside a giant toilet! Eventually, she finally falls when Bo-bobo forces her into a "summer-theme game zone" which finally weakens her Babylon powers, defeating her and restoring Softon to his poop-headed self.

    • Hell Dolphin (じごくのイルカ Jigoku no Iruka): The leader of 6th District of the Hair Kingdom, his identity originally remained hidden because the general was going to be the winner of a Jump contest where the readers can create the villain. When he is finally revealed, the general turns out to be a strange walking rubbery dolphin! While fighting Bo-bobo, Hell Dolphin keeps going on about being the winner of this contest while easily being beat up. His main style is "Peropero Shinken" (Fist of Beep-Beep), allowing him to release tracking radar such as a dolphin does. In the end, Hell Dolphin is defeated when several other fan-created characters appear from an alternate dimension, taking their revenge for his victory by dragging him back to their world!

    • Shil the Descendant Angel (堕天使シェル Datenshi Shil): A bishonenous angel and the guardian of 11th District, he uses the power of his "Angel Shinken" to release feathers at opponents and is also the main controller of the "Club Stage", which forces his opponents into believing they are in a night club. (though superior Yūko realizes that both he and Hell Dolphin are idiots)

    • Yabō (ヤボウ): While the leader of the Hair Kingdom 8th District, he doesn't do a thing outside get attacked by Bo-bobo alongside Icen and his other teammates.

    • Shigeki X (シゲキＸ): The leader both of "East Bodysoap Tower" battle arena and the 1st District of the Hair Kingdom. He first appears as a yellow, Don Patch-like being who believes in the philosophy of Shigeki just like Don Patch believes in his Hajike skills and abilities. (This "Shigeki" philosophy consequently is also connected to his idol status in the Hair Kingdom, where his posters and merchandise are everywhere) As the main leader of the final tower, he forces Bo-bobo and his team to take on his ultimate challenge: "MechaShigekiTower Survival" (Excessively Shigeki Tower Survival), where he forces them to climb from level to level either to save their friends...or to die Shigekily! As Bo-bobo, Don Patch and Tennosuke make their way towards the top of the tower, they reach an arena where Shigeki X's followers allow him to reach his full power and transform into his true form: an extremely powerful human who's infamy was even known to Tsuru Tsurulina the 3rd! Long ago, the human Shigeki X was originally the king of the "Shigeki Kingdom", which although now long gone, was the only kingdom that had never been conquered by the Maruhage Empire! This form of the warrior fights "Shigekily" (where "Shigeki" now stands for "Death Play") with his "Shigekiteki Shinken" (Fist of Shigekily), attacking with powerful abilities and attacks with the power of "X"! One of these attacks, an X-shaped dimension, is used to trap Bo-bobo and Don Patch and force them to absorb the true power of Shigeki. But through a fluke circumstance and an improbable fusion, the two of them come together into "an adult woman" (don't ask) which has more than enough power to stop the maniacal Shigeki X once and for all!

    • Goisu (ゴイスー): Although the leader of the 2nd District appears normal compared to his teammates Shigeki X and Wandering Tofu, he is actually the little brother of Bo-bobo's friendly rival, Gunkan! With hair that can transform into its familiar regent form, he can use it to open and fire weapons and his allies at his opponents. Inside "MechaShigekiTower Survival", he is the master of the "Rising Kyoto Labyrinth", a three-legged race through an ancient Japanese setting and filled with traps. Although unknown what happened, it is presumed that Goisu ends up falling when Yokohama Junko destroys "East Bodysoap Tower".

    • Wandering Tofu: (さすらいの豆腐 Sasurai no Tofū): A powerful martial arts warrior with a head of soy, he is leader of Hair Kingdom 3rd District, a teammate of Shigeki X and Goisu...and Tokoro Tennosuke's destined rival! His main anger derives from his failure to convince humans to use tofu as tennis balls, making him easily fight against them. Although already with an immense hatred of tokoroten as well, he ends up releasing his wrath after Tennosuke destroys an army of tofu cubes in his "Tofu Dojo" in the West area of the Hair Kingdom. In the first match-up, he obtains victory with the skills of "Purupuru Shinken" (Fist of the Wobble-Wobble), the same Shinken style as Tennosuke, and then sending him back to Bo-bobo with a hostage note tied to a tofu cube! When the jelly man rejoins the team, he is forced to face Wandering Tofu again in the "MechaShigekiTower Survival", where he and his teammates joined together in fighting against the hair warrior and his allies. The tofu-man controlled the second level: "Cube Tofu Cube Puzzle", where he used his Purupuru Shinken skills to control the tofu and attack everyone inside preventing them from solving it. By the time everyone reaches the final level, Wandering Tofu and Tokoro Tennosuke have their final showdown, just after villainous ally Shigeki X had dealt with every other member of the jelly-man's team. In a blow-by-blow battle of Purupuru Shinken vs. Pururpuru Shinken, Tennosuke finally obtains victory with the power of the grief he spent of his many years unsold! Just when Wandering Tofu finally came to his senses about his enemy, though, Shigeki X kills him for being unneeded for their plans!

    • 12th District General (発毛１２区総隊長 Hatsu Mou 12-Ku Soutaichō) & 16th District General (発毛１６区総隊長 Hatsu Mou 16-Ku Soutaichō): Two generals, the former a strange creature in a nightcap who's a master of "Umi no Sachi Shinken" (Fist of Seafood) and the latter a guy with a huge Swiss Army Knife on his back, who are easily blown up by magic firecrackers by Tsuru Tsurulina the 3rd.

  • Bababa-ba Ba-baba (バババーバ・バーババ): The eldest of the five children of hair. Although merely mentioned and never appearing in the series, he is believed to have an evil aura just like Bibibi-bi Bi-bibi. Due to a process of elimination regarding the "five hairs", it is believed he would be the master of "Munage Shinken" (Fist of Chesthair). Early in the arc, we see him talking with younger brother Bi-bibi and it does seem he does have a bit of control of the actions in the Hair Kingdom. But, it turns out Bo-bobo threw his escape pod into space twenty years ago as the Hair Kingdom was first under siege from the Maruhage Empire, showing that he is operating elsewhere and is no longer on Earth. Since Ba-baba hasn't returned from wherever he is in space, it is likely he is still out there. At the end of Part 1, Hatenko decides to go into outer space in search of Ba-baba, leaving the possibility that he will eventually appear.

  • Hisae: A teenage, blue-haired angel. She attacks by using air conditioners to lift up her short skirt revealing a various forms of censormanship underneath it. However, alone, this attack would annihilate everything, which is why she needs her assistant... (Note: Hisae is the only character exclusive to "Bakutou Hajike Taisen" that does not transform.)
  • Roberto: A stick of dynamite, and Hisae's assistant. He absorbs the various pixellations and black bars that Hisae unleashes, channeling them into a sole beam, and blasts them at their opponents!
  • Nice Guy: A green haired youth who constantly mentions that the fangirls love him. Attacks by convincing his opponents that he is more popular than them.
  • Miaasadaharu: A living, bucktoothed jellybean, and Nice Guy's true form. He attacks, by making his opponents eat too much valentines day chocolate and get fat.
  • Ars: A female astronaut who attacks with the power of "The legendary gumball sphere" an object which grants its user the ability to bore his/her enemies to death by enrolling them into a seminar on star constellations!
  • Kick the MAME old man: Ars' true form, she is a living cucumber that attacks her opponents by dressing up their computers as old men with a "Kick Me" sign on their back.

  • Hagemento (ハゲモント): Assistant Commander of Neo D-Block. He attempts to do his business on Beauty of shaving her and giving her ramen on the side before being defeated effortlessly by Bobobo!

  • Strawberry Pudding (いちごぷりん Ichigo Purin): Commander of Neo D-Block. Fighting alongside a lion, he becomes the first to suffer against Bo-bobo's "Shinsetsu Hanage Shinken" style.

  • Tansu (タンス): Assistant Commander of Neo C-Block, he is defeated by Gaoh's assassination technique (a physical attack that instantly breaks an opponent's bones)

  • Yokohama Joe (横浜ジョー Yokohama Jō): User of "Undead shinken" (Fist of the Undead). A member of the "Neo assassination unit", he attacks Bo-bobo's team in the cemetery with Don Patch's "fighting ability". He is ultimately defeated both by Bo-bobo's nosehairs..and Don Patch stealing a crocodile from a below panel to attack him with!

  • White-Silver Mogu: A mole who lives under the cemetary and leads a platoon of crocodiles, he ends up encountering Gaoh and Beauty after the two of them are pulled underground during Bo-bobo's match with Yokohama Joe. Eventually is confused by the little koala before being broken by the koala's attack.

  • Buta-san: Gaohs childhood friend and finalist in the tournament to become Czar Baldy Bald III's pet. He attacks with sniper rifles and carries around a calendar of kills that Gaoh eventually inherits. In the heart breaking final match of the tournament, he and Gaoh are turned against each other, blinded by their desire to become a pet to the emperor. But when he and Gaoh come to their senses and become friends again, Czar Baldy Bald III murders him!
    • Manga appearances: Shinsetsu 7 (flashback)
  • B3: The first of the Three Daio and principal of the Neo Chromdome Academy, this bread-headed guy attacks by sticking honey on his head and drowning his opponents in a sea of envelopes! After his defeat, he tries to protect his former-student Namero from a vicious onslaught by Babuu, but fails and is tossed aside.
    • Manga appearances: Shinsetsu 6-7, 18
  • Service-Woman: The rival of Service-Man and recurring antagonist, her methods of attack are similar to that of Service-Man, but she attacks by removing the sheet surrounding her body while shrouded in fog. (that has flying Japanese symbols in it!) She is almost always seen riding standing on top of a merry-go-round!
    • Manga appearances: 8-9,
  • SCOOP: Second of the Three Daio, user of "SCOOP shinken" (Fist of SCOOP) (a technique where the user freely manipulates their stomach) and Gasser's father! For some reason, he is a 102 year old baby girl?!! S/He lives in a vending machine where s/he collects information about the entire human race! (Even though s/he is willing to sell all of that information for $200,000,000!) In the end, s/he is defeated after Don Patch and Gaoh use the legendary "20 year long stain" on his/her shirt! Later on, he becomes invaluable in providing Bobobo with information about their enemies. (hinting that he may eventually join the group.)

  • Babuu: Last and most powerful of the Three Daio, and user of "Baby shinken" (Fist of Baby). Even though he claims to be a baby, he is actually a man in his early 40's! He reveals himself to be an android after being defeated by Bobobo and Namero, and then detatches his head which then flies away! Though he may appear again in the future, it is highly unlikely that the harsh and unforgiving Czar Baldy Bald III would give him another chance to defeat Bobobo's team...

  • Nagoya Bros.: Plus a sister. This band of brothers (+ 1 sister) are soldiers protecting Neo F-Block.

  • Sabrino: Captain of Neo E-Block, and the son of Czar Baldy Bald III! He uses "Red Magic Shinken" (Fist of Red Magic) and "Blue Magic Shinken" (Fist of Blue Magic) just like his father, although his versions of these seem to be much weaker than his fathers. He was apparently defeated by what appears to be Super Namero in the most recent issue of the manga.

  • The Little 4: A band of 4 powerful warriors working for the Neo Maruhage Empire. They are stronger than the 3 Daio, but weaker than the Chromedome Big 4. Despite this, they are still a force to be reckoned with! Sabrino summons them to prevent Bobobo's team from following him after kidnapping Namero, but they are all defeated by Super Patch.

    • Banana-cat: A cat wearing sunglasses in a banana suit who thinks he's...a cucumber. He attacks by performing ballet! He is the weakest of the Little 4.
    • Melon Head: A boy with robot arms and a melon for a head who constantly sings some (rather horrible) songs about how proud he is to be Japanese! He is not very powerful and constantly gets his head used as a baseball by Bobobo's team. His only known attack is to spit out penguins.
