Vilhelm Thomsen

Vilhelm Ludwig Peter Thomsen (January 25, 1842 – May 12, 1927) was a Danish linguist. In 1893, he deciphered the Orkhon inscriptions in advance of his archrival, Wilhelm Radloff.
