Vila Nova de Foz Côa (pron. IPA: ['vilɐ 'nɔvɐ dɨ fɔʃ 'koɐ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 398.2 km² and a total population of 8,249 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 17 parishes, and is located in the District of Guarda.

The present Mayor is Emílio António Pessoa Mesquita, elected by the Socialist Party.

The municipal holiday is May 21.
