Vila Nova de Cerveira (pron. IPA: ['vilɐ 'nɔvɐ dɨ sɨɾ'vɐiɾɐ]) is a municipality in Portugal, with a total area of 108.6 km² and a total population of 8,813 inhabitants.
The municipality is composed of 15 parishes, and is located in the district of Viana do Castelo.
The present Mayor is José Manuel Vaz Carpinteira, elected by the Socialist Party.
The municipal holiday is October 1.
