Viktors Birze (b. February 17, 1982, in Liepāja) is the current chair of Latvia's National Power Unity, a far-right political group.

He has threatened that the group's planned protest against the gay pride march scheduled to take place in Riga on July 22, 2006, will not be limited to non-violent methods.
