Victory Outreach Ministries is an international Pentecostal church with an emphasis on reaching people hooked on drugs and people who are involved in gangs of all ages, races and countries with the gospel of Jesus Christ. There are currently over 500 locations worldwide. They are primarily known for their men's and women's rehabilitation homes located in several major cities around the world. Their founder Sonny Arguinzoni is a worldwide leader and apostle to the nations within this outreach movement.
