Victor Hobson (born February 3, 1980 in Mount Laurel, New Jersey) is an American football player who currently plays linebacker for the New York Jets. He started 39 of 49 games during his career at the University of Michigan and recorded 277 tackles, 15 sacks, three fumble recoveries, four forced fumbles, and two interceptions. His 47 stops for a loss places him fourth all-time in Michigan history. He was selected in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Jets. Victor was a standout football player at St. Joseph's Preparatory School in Philadelphia. There he excelled under head coach Gil Brooks.
