Victor Baxter is a fictional character played by Rondell Sheridan on the comedy television series That's So Raven and the spinoff Cory in the House.

Victor Baxter Victor is a professional chef and is also Rae's father. He is the owner of the local resturaunt and hangout, The Chill Grill. He has recently had to take on alot of responsibilty, now that Mrs. Tanya Baxter is studying law.His first date with Tanya was on June 23, 1983. [1]. Victor's rival is fellow chef Leonard Stevenson. [2]
While Tanya is still away at law school and Raven graduates to college, Victor accepts a job at the White House to be the personal chef for the president. Taking Cory with him, Victor leaves The Chill Grill under management of one of his workers
His catchphrase, usually heard after being severely injured, is "Here comes the pain."
In the episode "Save The Last Dance" it is revealed Victor has a yellow toothbrush.

After Raven went to college, Victor moves to the White House with his son, Cory, and becomes the personal chef for the President of the United States. He has, so far, not had a scene outside of the White House. It is revealed in Bahavian Idol that Victor collects glow sticks.

Tanya being in Cory in the House is unknown. There are 2 theories:
T'Keyah Krystal Kemah will be replaced by another actress or the storyline wil have to go as far as having Tanya and Victor get a divorce and having him re-marry.
