Vicky Loses Her Icky/Pixies Inc. is an episode #41.0 of the Fairly OddParents, created by Butch Hartman. It originally aired on February 20, 2004.

When Timmy's parents leave their house Vicky the babysitter comes over. But this time she makes it worse for Timmy. She brings her own hungry pet dogs to chase after Timmy. To end this all Timmy wishes that Vicky would be nice. As his wish comes true Vicky begins to give Timmy muffins, do his chores,and lets him play her videogame. But there is a bug that came out of Vicky's butt that made her evil. It spread into Dimmsdale and began to look for a host. The president was visiting Dimmsdale on behalf of it becoming the "Nicest town on Earth," and the bug was considering it a good host. The president was carrying a button that would destroy a planet if pushed (which turned out to be Pluto). Vicky stops the bug by jumping on it. As she jumps on it, she turns evil once again.

Special working fairies named The Pixies began to take over Fairy World. Timmy's godparents are turned into pixies. To turn them back to normal, Timmy battles the Head Pixie, or H.P., the leader of the Pixies to a game of miniature golf to get his godparents back; and finally Timmy wins.
