Vicente Palacios (born July 19, 1963 in Manlio Fabio Altamirano, Veracruz de Ignacio de la Llave, Mexico) was a Pitcher for the Pittsburgh Pirates (1987-88 and 1990-92), St. Louis Cardinals (1994-95) and San Diego Padres (2000).

He helped the Pirates win the NL Eastern Division from 1990 to 1992.
