Vic Rauter

Victor Rauter is a Canadian sportscaster for The Sports Network (TSN), since 1985. He has covered mostly auto racing, curling, soccer since 1986 as well as hockey, baseball, squash, volleyball, equestrian and skiing.

In 1999, he was nominated for a Gemini Award as Canada's top sportscaster.

In 2006, Rauter was inducted into the Canadian Curling Hall of Fame.

Before joining TSN, he was a sportscaster at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in Toronto covering the Olympic Games. He also worked for CFTR radio in Toronto as a news and sports reader before joining the Global Television Network in Toronto for four years.
